Preschool education is the basic part of the national education system,and the teachers are the core strength for developing preschool education.Professional identity of students that major in preschool education affects not only their career choice,individual development,but also the quality of preschool education.Taking a secondary vocational school as the research object,the study strive to understand the current situation of professional identity among the students,analyze the factors influencing professional identity so as to provide some strategies to promote the sense of professional identity of those students that major in preschool education and provide the study of professional identity more details.Through questionnaire and interviews,conclusions are gained as below.Students with urban household registration have a lower level of professional identity than those with rural household registration.The low-grade students have lower level of the professional identity than the high-grade students.And the professional identity of ordinary students is lower than that of other students.Furthermore,the professional identity of students who choose their majors independently is higher than that of students who choose their majors involuntarily.On the basis of the data and analysis,this paper provides some strategies which includes four aspects to promote professional identity.The students themselves must be cautious to choose the major,and they should improve their professional interest,strengthen professional confidence and exercise volitional quality.It is necessary for the school to strengthen professional publicity,strive for family interpersonal support,optimize the "quality" and "quantity" of curriculum implementation,promote the "pair" mutual aid model,pay attention to psychological counseling and improve the auxiliary mechanism.For the internship unit,it should put the cooperation closely between it and the school into effect,enhance acceptable cultural environment as well.And the country should strengthen professional cognition and provide financial guarantee.This study will provide practical basis for preschool teachers' pre-job education.It can provide reference for secondary vocational schools to form a more scientific model of promoting professional identity,and will do favor for students to improve their vocational capability as well.
