Preschool education is the enlightening education of life,and it will lay an important foundation for children's future learning and life.Therefore,it plays an important role in individual lifelong education system.Now,with a series of national policies and regulations,and increasing financial investment in preschool education,preschool education ushered a new stage,but there are still shortcomings,such as pre-service training is not enough,low entry barriers,so preschool education is still a big short board in our school education.Professional identity is the sum total of students' correct cognition,positive attitude and initiative behavior on the basis of past related learning and practice,and will be influenced by many internal and external factors.But at present,the research on the professional identity of preschool education majors in China is mostly concentrated in the technical group of undergraduate students,such as nursing,hotel management and so on.However,there are few studies on the professional identity of students in vocational colleges.In recent years,China has strongly advocated the development of vocational education.As an important force to promote the development of preschool education,preschool education majors in Higher Vocational Colleges deserve more educators to devote their time and energy to research and discussion.Based on the reality of thinking,This study will take the B Vocational College in Cangzhou,Hebei Province as an example,the selection of Preschool Education Professional College Department of a large one,second and the third grade students as the research object,based on the use of literature,combining through questionnaire and interview.The way to carry out related research,investigation of their professional identity status,further analysis of the effect factors of professional identity,which has targeted for the school to improve preschool education students professional identity to make appropriate comments and suggestions.This study found that the professional identity of preschool education majors in B Vocational College is at a relatively high level,but there are still some factors affecting their professional identity,such as their own,school and social factors.Therefore,this research puts forward the corresponding promotion strategies from these three angles,such as clear self understanding,plan development road,optimize curriculum setting,improve teaching content,improve professional social status,improve professional salary level and so on.
