| The State Council promulgated the "Outline of the National Medium and Long-term Education Reform and Development Plan(2010-2020)" and "the State Council on the current development of pre-school education a number of opinions" in 2010,then the Ministry of Education in 2012 issued the latest policy guidance called The "3-6 year old child development guide" and "kindergarten teacher standard".The initiatives demonstrate that pre-school education has come to a new period,in the meantime,more and more people pay attention to it,which provides good opportunities for secondary vocational education to develop.Shandong Province,followed by the pace of government,formulated the "Shandong Province in the long-term education reform and development plan(2010-2020)",then Binzhou City,developed their own plan called "Binzhou City long-term education reform and development plan(2011-2020)".These plans point out that government should attach importance to pre-school education,strengthen the construction of teachers and improve the quantity of training system.Shandong Province is a large province of education,Binzhou City,as an important part of Shandong,has many vocational schools which mainly have opened pre-school education professional.This study takes Binzhou secondary vocational school in Shandong Province as an example,has theoretical significance and practical value: through the construction of the scheme as the drive,Binzhou secondary vocational school can deepen the professional personnel training mode,course system,teaching models and evaluation reform,strengthen internal management and the teachers troop construction,to strive for lots of aspects,such as the professional quality of students,employment quality,teaching quality and teaching level and education level of ascension and so on.There are five main contents:The first chapter is introduction,mainly introduced the research background research significance methods research tool innovations,such as literature review focused on the development situation of preschool education specialized construction and the construction mentality,based on the literature at the same time,the professional construction of secondary vocational school Construction of preschool education major in specialty core concepts;The second chapter mainly analyzes the development demand of education in binzhou city and the professional status quo of education in secondary vocational schools.The third chapter elaborates the requirements of the key professional construction of binzhou city and the development of pre-school education key professional construction plan of binzhou city secondary vocational school.The fourth chapter is about how to implement the pre-school education key professional construction plan of binzhou secondary vocational school,which is the key point of the research.The fifth chapter is the conclusion and the outlook part,summarizes the article... |
