With the development of social economy,China's production,service,technology line needs a large number of high professional quality and high professional ethics of secondary vocational graduates,which put forward a higher update of the training of skilled personnel in secondary vocational schools.At present,china's vocational schools in the process of training skilled personnel,its moral education is still inadequate.Secondary vocational school students are a more special group,their biggest problem is the ideological and quality defects,coupled with the influence of foreign culture,external environment and secondary vocational students are in the special stage of adolescence,so that they have a serious resistance to the traditional way of moral education,resulting in exclusion and boredom,This results in secondary vocational schools moral education dominant curriculum of moral education effect can not achieve maximum realization.China's reform and opening-up and the influx of foreign culture have a great impact on the traditional model of moral education,moral education must reform its inherent model,explore new ways and means of education to adapt to the development and needs of the new situation,and the introduction of the concept of the hidden curriculum of moral education is very suitable for this opportunity.The pervasiveness of the existence mode of the recessive curriculum,the hidden of the influence mode,the persistence of the influence of education,the unpredictability of the influence result,etc.,make the recessive curriculum of moral education have the functions of cognitive orientation,emotion cultivation,behavior norms,spiritual motivation,personality shaping,and its curriculum occurrence mechanism,manifestation,expression,and so on.The uniqueness of the influence mode,so that its moral education function can go beyond the traditional moral education curriculum to the point of "smooth and silent",and sometimes even can charge the effect of "mindless willow into the shade".The recessive curriculum of moral education can realize the organic integration of education and self-education,promote the comprehensive improvement of the comprehensive quality of secondary vocational students,and strengthen the effectiveness of moral education by supplementing the deficiency of the dominant curriculum.The recessive curriculum of moral education,as a part of the complete moral education curriculum system,should be favored and paid attention to by secondary vocational schools in order to promote the reform of moral education curriculum and the development of moral education.Based on this,this study selects the countermeasures of the construction of the hidden curriculum of moral education in secondary vocational schools as the theme of the study,and hopes that through the study,we can further clarify the necessity of moral education in the cultivation of secondary vocational education,analyze the current situation of moral education in secondary vocational schools,find out the problem,and point out the role of the implicit curriculum of moral education in moral education education.Through investigation to understand the current situation of the hidden curriculum construction of moral education in secondary vocational schools and the current situation in educational practice,and to analyze and study the present situation,we find the shortcomings and problems in the construction and practice of recessive curriculum in secondary vocational schools,explore the countermeasures of the construction of implicit curriculum of moral education in secondary vocational schools,and provide a reference for the construction of implicit curriculum of moral education in secondary vocational schoolsThis paper consists of five parts:The first part is an introduction,which mainly introduces the background of the topic selection,the purpose of the study,the significance of the research,the literature review,the research method,and defines the core concept.The second part analyzes the importance of moral education in secondary vocational schools to the cultivation of talents from the perspective of the characteristics of the students' group,the goal of talent training in secondary vocational schools,the specifications and characteristics of personnel training in secondary vocational schools.This paper analyzes the current situation of moral education in secondary vocational schools,finds the problems in the process of moral education in secondary vocational schools,and further explores the significance of the construction of the hidden curriculum of moral education in secondary vocational schools.The third part selects Zhangjiakou City Vocational and Technical Education Center as the research object,examines the current situation of the implicit curriculum construction of moral education in this school,and analyzes the present situation,and summarizes the main problems existing in the construction of the hidden curriculum of moral education in secondary vocational schools.The fourth part is the countermeasure to the construction of the hidden curriculum of moral education in secondary vocational schools.Mainly for the third part of the problems in the construction of the recessive curriculum of vocational moral education and the characteristics of the hidden curriculum itself,from the implementation of the implicit curriculum of moral education to play the role of the main body,the optimization of the whole sports environment and the curriculum of vocational and moral education activities to give three aspects of the construction countermeasures.The fifth part is to summarize and reflect on the thesis,summarize the research results of the thesis,and objectively point out the shortcomings in the research,as well as look forward to the future direction of related research work.
