With the rapid development of economic and the continued improvement ofpeople’s living standards, the enrollment expansion of colleges and universities causesthe increasing elite number, as well as the higher social requirements for elites.Guizhou is a typical less developed area, especially in terms of elite cultivation ofcomprehensive ability. After graduation,college students how to appropriately dealwith the practical problems in work leads to attach more importance to schoolenvironment and platform,therefore,it is imperative for universities in Guizhou toconstruction hidden curriculum.However, such ability and quality cultivation is notachieved overnight, nor is it possible to learn in their classroom teaching.In fact,itcomes more from hidden curriculum (i.e., the second classroom). Where is the hiddencurriculum they need? Therefore, it is particularly urgent that universities start toresearch the function and the construction of the hidden curriculum education.In thisregard, I think we can discuss the following aspects:The first part starts from the origin, research purposes, research significance,relevant literature review and the research train of thoughts and methods.The second part defines the relevant concepts and does research into the basictheory.The third part analyzes the function of the hidden curriculum.The fourth part is to analyze the characteristics of the dominant curriculum andthe hidden curriculum.In addition, the relationship between the two courses also hasbeen showed in this part.The fifth part studies the status of the hidden curriculum that university carriedout.Then take the Guizhou university for an example to analyze and compare.The sixth part is to analyze the difficulties and problem during the hiddencurriculum that Guizhou universities are faced with.The last part puts forward to the countermeasures and suggestions based on thethe above analysis.This article mainly research comprehensive utilization of sociology, philosophy,anthropology, cultural and so on.After complexing variety of literature,we havethoroughly investigated the construction of hidden curriculum in the universities ofGuizhou.Under the Marxist materialism view, we combine the theory withpractice,and comprehensively explore and analyze the hidden curriculum,which canpromote the construction and development of the hidden curriculum in colleges anduniversities.
