With the rapid development of China's economy and the strong support of the government,more and more people go abroad to study,and the development of study institutions is very fast.Under the selection of relevant national policies and market,the industry of overseas study institutions is gradually standardized,while the competition in the same industry is also intensified,and the selection of overseas study personnel is also becoming more rational.Similar products and services have no competitive advantage,and only innovative service products and high-standard services can occupy an advantage in the market.CCSEC overseas education company is a newly established company in China.Compared with mature overseas education institutions in the market,the market share is very low,the brand recognition is not high,and it can not quickly win the market recognition.However,the service concept of ccsec is novel,and it has the exclusive authorization of Canada's Education Bureau under Ontario to recruit students in China.This is the resource advantage of ccsce company,and also Is its core competitiveness.CCSEC lacks strategic management,long-term plan and short-term plan.In this paper,PEST analysis,Porter's five forces model,SWOT strategy and other analysis methods will be used to help ccsec formulate appropriate corporate strategy.The core problem of this paper is: what is the core problem of ccsec? What is the core competitiveness of ccsec? What is the most suitable development strategy for ccsec? By studying the internal and external non analysis of ccsec,this paper finds that:(1)The functional departments of ccsec have problems and cannot cooperate with each other to promote the development of the company.(2)CCSEC has not fully utilized its advantageous resources,single products,imperfect industrial chain and insufficient core competitiveness.(3)CCSEC should set up different products,improve the industrial chain,strengthen the publicity,deepen the brand,and formulate strategic objectives suitable for the company's long-term and short-term development in accordance with the needs of the target overseas study market and its own resources.(4)In order to achieve the strategic objectives formulated by the company,it is necessary to solve the problems existing in the current functional departments of the company and ensure the smooth development of the strategy formulated by the company.
