Since China’s opening its doors in the late seventies of the last century, as theworld’s common language of English naturally and quietly into our daily work andlife, English language training industry due to the continuous increase in marketdemand and have been starting to expand. Today, in some developed cities, themarket has matured, the training bodies in the sound development of the state, andhas grown to become the leader in the industry; but in some small and medium-sizedcities, market maturity and the normative are inadequate. Although the varioustraining institutions still have some development potential, but because marketcompetition is a bit confusing, lack of training business innovation, managementmodels traditional and backward multi-bottlenecks, the urgent need to develop a setof specific strategies suited to their own actual situation and the industry status quofrom a strategic height, to get rid of the current difficulties, into the track of healthydevelopment.In this paper, education and training on domestic training market, especially thestatus of English language training market analysis, and LD Foreign LanguageTraining School (collectively referred to as LD Education) resource capacity levelanalysis found that the problems of corporate strategic management in-depth analysisof its causes, and to explore the purpose and importance of corporate strategy, andcome to a strategic framework for enterprise development. According to the theory ofstrategic management from the industry macro-environment, regional competitiveenvironment, the enterprise’s own stage of development, internal conditions anddevelopment goals, multi-pronged approach to carry out the macro environment ofPEST analysis, Porter Five Forces Model and SWOT strategic choice, comprehensiveand objective that education and training institutions are facing the direction of themarket demand status and development of corporate strategy and made a specific strategic programs and implementation of security measures, laid the theoretical basisand practical basis for the effective implementation of enterprise developmentstrategies.Accompanied by rapid socio-economic and technological development,education and training more diverse and personalized. Intensifies, an increasinglycompetitive market segments, service tends to the homogenization of the marketconditions, businesses must adjust strategies as soon as possible in order to surviveand develop, to cultivate the core competitiveness, according to their owndevelopment, the use of modern management theory and methods, so that aninvincible position in the competition. Broader perspective, the first through thelongitudinal growth process and operating conditions on LD Education, a detailedanalysis and described the key factors constraining its development, and the depth ofexcavation root of the problem; of LD Education in which the external and internalhorizontal environmental analysis on the teaching of the enterprise’s own R&D,human resources, financial management, corporate culture, marketing and otherresource capacity; then use the SWOT matrix standardized analysis of internal andexternal opportunities and challenges facing enterprises, strengths and weaknesses,and ultimately have suitable for long-term development strategy program, and LDEducation in the development process and the actual situation, put forward a series ofstrategic program implementation details, and provide protection for theimplementation of the strategy effect.From strategic management theory, combined with the actual operation statusand development of the industry, LD Education, enterprises in the future developmentof the proposed strategic measures and specific strategies given will have practicalvalue and significance. LD Education problems, but also a considerable part of smalland medium-sized training institutions are facing, I believe this article can also be thesolution of their problems with a certain reference.
