Research On Construction And Application Of Evaluation Index System Of Intangible Cultural Heritage Of Wushu In Guangdong

With the gradual emphasis on the work of intangible cultural heritage in China,the introduction of relevant laws and regulations,government literature and culture,intangible cultural property declaration is a time of surging.Although the relevant policies and regulations give the intangible cultural heritage declaration requirements,scope and other provisions,but this kind of provisions are macro description,does not give specific assessment details,content.All along,the evaluation of intangible cultural heritage items in Guangdong Province has adopted the common index of intangible social heritage items,which lacks the scientific and perfect,targeted evaluation index system.Therefore,the purpose of this paper is to construct a scientific and reasonable evaluation index system of Wushu intangible heritage items,so as to make the evaluation of the intangible heritage item in Guangdong more targeted,scientific and operational.Promote the scientific and orderly development of Wushu intangible cultural heritage,at the same time further enrich the theoretical achievements of intangible cultural heritages,broaden the perspective of research.This paper uses the methods of literature review,interview,Delphi method,analytic hierarchy process and mathematical statistics to study the relevant laws and regulations,government culture and academic research.Combined with the social background of China National Tourism Administration and Ministry of Culture,the evaluation index system of Wushu intangible cultural heritage projects in Guangdong Province was constructed on the basis of consulting many experts.At the same time,the third batch of provincial intangible cultural heritage representative project in Guangdong Province,Mo Jiaquan,as an example to carry out empirical research to verify the establishment of the evaluation index system scientific,feasibility,pertinencehelping the Healthy and Orderly Development of Intangible Cultural Heritage in Guangdong Province.The study concluded as follows:1.Wushu non-heritage core content is boxing,boxing is the country according to the 16 word policy to identify.Guangdong occupies 26 of the 129 boxing categories recognized by the state.The intangible cultural heritage of Wushu refers to the boxing that exists in the form of intangible culture and is passed down from generation to generation according to the 16-character policy.2.Screening indicators using literature,interview,Delphi and mathematical statistics,The evaluation index system of intangible cultural heritage of Wushu in Guangdong Province is constructed,which contains four first-level indexes:project characteristics,historical origin,project value and inheritor.There are 13 secondary indexes including basic theory,technical characteristics,the degree of technology system inheritance,inheritance pedigree and 27 tertiary indexes including the scale and quality of talent cultivation,boxing,combination of culture and tourism.And through the analytic hierarchy process to calculate the weight of each index.3.Using a combination of qualitative research and quantitative research,an assessment scale was established based on weights,The evaluation index can be quantified,not ignoring those indicators that are difficult to quantify,and as far as possible to reduce artificial,subjective factors,so the evaluation can be more fair and reasonable.4.Taking the third batch of provincial intangible cultural heritage project Mo Jiaquan as an example,the empirical analysis proves that the evaluation index system of intangible cultural legacy project of Guangdong Wushu has pertinence,scientificity and maneuverability.
