Under The Background Of Substantive Reform Of Associations Research CBA Industry Based On The SCP Paradigm

China Basketball Association has a broad space for development,but it still faces many challenges such as unclear property rights,conflicts of interest between multiple participants,and weak market-oriented operations,how to coordinate the relationship between all parties under the premise of adapting to China’s relevant policies,and promoting the professional basketball industry to embark on the road of marketization is still an urgent problem to be solved.This study uses the literature method,mathematical statistics method,expert interview method and other research methods,on the basis of analyzing the substantive reform of the Chinese Basketball Association and clarifying the impact of the reform of the Chinese Basketball Association on the middle professional basketball industry,taking the SCP analysis framework as the theoretical basis,and deconstructing and analyzing the middle professional basketball industry from three perspectives: market structure,market behavior and market performance.The main findings of the study are as follows:1.The reform of the basketball association has entered the stage of entity of the pure association.The basketball association has been developing from structural reconstruction to self-reform to self-governance according to the law;the external system optimization has created a good development space for the independent operation of CIBA,and the internal optimization of specific policies has promoted the viewing value,market value and brand influence of CBA.2.The market structure of CBA industry,the high degree of concentration and monopoly is not conducive to the competitive balance of CBA;the gap between the various ladders of clubs is decreasing;the strength of local players needs to be improved;the barriers to entry of CBA are institutional barriers,and the consequences of unauthorized exit are the most serious.3.The market behavior of CBA industry,the distribution channels of ticket that increases is beneficial to ticket sales,but there is a problem in the aspect of irregular sales;brand promotion behavior promotes the league and club’s value;the nature of private capital operation of clubs is gradually increasing.4.The market performance of CBA industry,the attendance rate showed a downward trend after the 2018-2019 season;the game rounds increased with the reform;the league revenue and club income increased,but the sponsorship and broadcast income accounted for a significant proportion;the degree of competitive equilibrium was improved and enhanced professionalism.In view of the characteristics of CBA industry,put forward suggestions for the industrial of CBA:（1）Clarify the ownership of league management rights and coordinate development needs;（2）Improve the league’s business development capabilities and broaden profit channels;（3）Improve the quality of event services and open up the surrounding product market;（4）Improve laws and regulations to ensure the benign development of the event copyright market;（5）Cultivate local star players and enhance brand influence;（6）Improve the risk management capabilities of the CBA industry and build a multi-party collaboration network.
