Cross country skiing is an important competition in Winter Paralympics, and it is also the earliest one in China. With the arrival of the 2022 Winter Paralympics,China has entered the key stage of preparing for the Winter Paralympics.Due to the influence of various training conditions and constraints of various factors, the development of cross-country skiing for the disabled in China is relatively slow, and compared with developed countries such as Europe and America,it is still in a relatively backward position. So far, this project has not won the medal in the Winter Paralympics,so it is urgent to improve the competitive strength of cross-country skiing in Winter Paralympics. In this study,we use the methods of literature, expert interview,three-dimensional kinematic test, video analysis, mathematical statistics to study the kinematic data of each stage of the double stick push and support technique of Chinese winter Paralympic sitting cross-country skiers. The conclusions are as follows:1.In the two stages of the double poling, the time distribution of the female athletes and male athletes is the same, and the recovery time of both is slightly longer than that of the supporting stage.2.In the two stages of the double poling, the length of sleigh in the recovery stage of female and male athletes is longer than that in the stick stage.3.In the two stages of the double poling, the average speed of sled in the stage of pole supporting, recovery and single cycle of male athletes were significantly higher than that of female athletes.4.On the index of cycle frequency, according to the standardized coefficient of regression model,it can be seen that the cycle frequency of female and male athletes is more easily affected by recovery time.5.In terms of the overall displacement speed index, according to the regression model standard coefficient,it can be seen that the recovery stage average speed of male cross-country sit skiing has a greater impact on the cycle average speed of male athletes than the crutch stage average speed.Compared with male athletes, the influence of the average speed in the propping stage and the recovery stage on the overall displacement speed of female athletes is more balanced.
