China’s excellent cross-country ski athletes study, use of literature, expertinterviews, experimental method and mathematical statistics method, closelycombined with the special, filter out the cross-country skiing project training sensitivephysiological and biochemical indicators, the national outstandingcharacteristics ofthe study and analysis of physiological and biochemical indexes of cross-country skier, combined with the pattern of winning, special training and competition characteristics,to build the scientific training of our cross-country skiing monitoring mode. Research, training monitoring process is divided into three parts: the monitoring of key lessons, athletes adapt to the degree of monitoring and periodical monitoring of the trainingeffect. Monitoring the Training mode to develop training programs for the coaches, the training load arrangement provides a theoretical basis for special athletic ability ofthe athletes in accordance with the direction of monitoring and predictable.Blood lactate, heart rate monitor two indicators of key lessons, Athletes and threeminutes in the training process the GARMIN405heart rate heart rate collection, useof the lactic acid of the athletes in Kyoto, Japan, a portable blood lactate analyzertraining process to determine focus on class size of the training load.Cross-country skiing athletes training load intensity arrangements adaptation ofthe indicators there are ten of urine, serum creatine kinase, morning pulse, blood urea, etc., the collection of indicators is divided into two stages of training within one hourand on the2nd morning. The evaluation of the effectiveness of phased training for two aspects of theaerobic and anaerobic capacity, the choice of indicators lactic acidity curve,60seconds of anaerobic power, hemoglobin, maximum oxygen uptake and otherindicators, the test time interval is generally about20days.
