“One school one product ”refers to building on the basis of inheriting the school's school history and fine traditions,combining with the current development situation of education reform,and creating its own school characteristics and brand in a pattern of distinctive and diversified schools.In 2016,the “Opinions of the General Office of the State Council on Strengthening School Sports to Promote the Comprehensive Development of Students' Physical and Mental Health”clearly stated that schools should let students master one or two sports skills,and gradually form "one school,one product" and "one school with many products" in campus sports.“ Teaching model,and strive to improve the quality of physical education.With the in-depth advancement of the sports characteristics of "one school,one product”,primary and secondary schools with rich sports resources are gradually integrating "one school,one product" into the school sports development pattern according to local conditions.This article takes the national youth basketball characteristic school-Gangdu Elementary School in Qingshan District,Wuhan City,Hubei Province(hereinafter referred to as Wuhan Gangdu Elementary School)as the research object,discusses the development and construction method of the “one school one product” basketball characteristic school,and comprehensively uses the literature method The case analysis method,expert interview method and field investigation method are used to sort out the development background and history of the“one school one product”basketball special school in Wuhan Gangdu Primary School,and investigate the current status of the school's “ one school one product ”basketball characteristic.The survey focused on four levels: organizational leadership,condition guarantee,education and teaching,training and competition.The school's “ one school one product”basketball characteristic development problem is mainly analyzed from the three levels of students,teachers and schools,including teacher mobility,teaching quality,teaching efficiency,etc.,students' understanding of basketball and awareness of physical exercise Whether the management of basketball courts,facilities and equipment is planned for students,etc.Based on the existing problems,this article refers to the “Basic Standards of National Basketball Basketball Characteristic Schools ”,as well as the development experience of Guangzhou basketball special schools and the development experience of American campus basketball,and proposes the development of the “one school one product”basketball special school in Wuhan Gangdu Primary School: Balance the structure and level of basketball teachers and optimize the cascade construction of teachers;regular maintenance of basketballcourts and facilities to maintain the satisfaction of students with basic conditions and ensure the safety of teachers and students;innovate the teaching model of school basketball courses,improve teaching efficiency;improve school basketball The basic business ability of the coaches promotes the improvement of the basketball team's competitive level;it attaches importance to and maintains home-school communication and communication to help the future development of basketball specialty students;people-oriented,multi-channel training of students 'sports core literacy and enhance students' interest in physical exercise.
