| Since Taekwondo was officially accepted by the International Olympic Committee in 2000,it has become a regular event of the Olympic Games.Since then,China's Taekwondo team has achieved good results in the Olympic Games.In the 2016 Rio Olympic Games,China's Taekwondo team has ushered in a historic breakthrough.Zhao Shuai has won the gold medal in the men's 58 kg Taekwondo level event of the Rio Olympic Games.By analyzing the international events Zhao Shuai participated in in the past three years,it is determined that Zhao Shuai will participate in the 2020 Olympic Games at the level of 68 kg,which will be fully prepared for the 2020 Olympic Games at the level of 68 kg for men.This paper mainly studies the technical application of the top four opponents in the 68 kg international ranking(except Zhao Shuai),and draws the corresponding conclusions.By using the methods of literature,video analysis,video analysis and mathematical statistics,this paper analyzes the techniques of Zhao Shuai's four opponents in the final video of 2017,2018 and 2019,and draws the following main conclusions:(1)68kg international excellent Taekwondo athletes have diversified technology,comprehensive technology types and high overall level.Cross kick,side kick,boxing,down split and back kick are the most important basic techniques.Cross kick,side kick and boxing have distinct characteristics and high practicability,which are the main scoring techniques.Down split and back kick have strong counterattack ability and high scores.Back spin kick and whirlwind kick belong to high difficulty rotation techniques,which are seldom used and almost have no scores.(2)In a certain range,the frequency of using basic techniques fluctuates little,in order of cross kicking,side kicking and down splitting;as the new rules relax the scoring of boxing,the frequency of using boxing techniques is gradually increasing;the score of rotating techniques in the new rules increases,and there must be reckless men under the high scores,which makes the utilization rate of rotating techniques in competitions slightly improved;technical characteristics of scoring rate Obviously,boxing,cross kicking,down splitting and side kicking are the main methods.(3)In the combination technology,the players have a higher utilization of the new rules.Push + kick is the trump card technology in the close proximity state,and the players are more active in attack and defense when they are close to each other.The change direction technology has a high practical effect in the short and medium distance,and has a strong surprise.The cross kick + cross kick technology has a strong offensive ability and strong pursuit ability,which can effectively destroy the opponent's technical attack and defense.The down chop + cross kick and side kick + cross kick Relatively speaking,the performance of kicking technique is not outstanding enough,which can be ignored.(4)The utilization rate of combined technology is remarkable,with the utilization rate of push + kick technology being more than 40% per capita,which has become the mainstream technology,solving the conversion of attack and defense under the close state and increasing the utilization rate of players' technology;the utilization rate of change technology has a slight downward trend,but the scoring rate is good;the utilization rate of cross kick + cross kick technology fluctuates greatly;the utilization rate of side kick + cross kick and down chop + cross kick technology is low,Lack of technical continuity and scoring rate.(5)The trunk can be hit in a wide range,which is easier to score compared with the head part,with little difference in scores.Therefore,the scoring part is mainly the trunk,and the boxing technology has a high scoring rate,which enriches the trunk scoring technology;the scoring difficulty of the head part is relatively large,and the players have strong defense on the head and high requirements for technical ability. |
