Special education is an important part of China's education system,and the party and government always pay close attention to it.In 2010,the National Outline for Medium and Long-term Education Reform and Development(2010-2020)outlines special education for the first time in an independent chapter.The education sector in China issued the Outline for Medium and Long-term Education Reform(2010-2020)in 2010.For the first time,special education methods are explained in separate chapters.And in the 18 th National Congress of China,it was emphasized that the country should promote vigorous development of this education,and in the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,it was proposed that special education should be carried out well.Teachers,as executors of education,are a key factor in the quality of school education.Therefore,in order to run special education well,we must have strong teaching stuff.This study takes the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region as an example,and uses the literature data method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,and mathematical analysis method to investigate and study the special education teachers in this area.Through field surveys of 7 special education schools in different alliance cities in the region,9 teachers were interviewed and 240 questionnaires were distributed.Use effective survey data and information to analyze different dimensions with SPSS and Excel software.The study found that the management of the special education teachers in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region has great deficiencies:the average academic qualifications of teachers are low,and professional training is insufficient;the pressure of teachers' work is high,and the number of female teachers is high;Stability;low professional quality of teachers,low socioeconomic status;single type of post-service trainingfor teachers,weak scientific research ability;insufficient professional identity of teachers,etc.Based on this,this research proposes to improve the training model of college teachers and train “composite” special education teachers;strengthen the government's leadership to develop a special education system;promote the special education teacher qualification certificate system to improve the structure of professional teachers' titles in special education schools;Strengthen the construction of special education,improve the social status and economic status of special education teachers;improve the post-employment training mechanism of special education teachers,and enhance the scientific research ability of special education teachers;care about caring teachers,and focus on teachers' mental health and other countermeasures and suggestions.
