The traditional blackboard writing has always been an important tool to assist teachers in the teaching process and an indispensable part in the teaching process.Despite the rapid rise of multimedia technology,but the traditional blackboard in the junior high school "morality and rule of law" teaching still has a unique role in the development of students.Students in the excellent teaching board,can more easily and happily grasp the book knowledge,develop their correct concept of life.The teaching blackboard writing of morality and rule of law in junior middle school under the multimedia teaching method should be a new type of blackboard writing combined with the traditional blackboard writing and multimedia.This new type of blackboard writing should be supported by some educational theories,educational psychology theories and political introduction.With the rapid development of Science and technology,multimedia teaching methods are more mature in teaching and traditional blackboard writing is neglected,but the traditional blackboard writing plays an indispensable role: the traditional blackboard writing can attract students' attention in class,the traditional blackboard writing can train the ability of summarizing,help the students to establish the knowledge structure and form the good study habit The traditional blackboard writing can establish the teaching information system,which is easy for students to consolidate their memory,train their thinking ability,and guide them to develop from image thinking to abstract thinking.Through investigation and research,this paper finds that the use of blackboard writing in the course of morality and rule of law in junior middle school under the multimedia teaching method is excessively dependent on multimedia courseware and has too much content,neglecting the single type of blackboard writing and blackboard writing,the problems such as the lack of creativeness,the instant generation and the lack of interaction with students,etc..This paper puts forward some countermeasures to complement the advantages of multimedia and blackboard writing,to improve the teaching skills of teacher writing on the blackboard,and to give proper consideration to the participation of multimedia and blackboard writing students.And the case study of the application of the Teaching Board in the course of morality and rule of law in junior middle school under the multimedia teaching method analyzed by the author,this is a combination of the article mentioned in front of the multimedia teaching and blackboard combination of strategies put forward by the three different cases.These three cases are respectively for junior high school "morals and rule of law" normal new curriculum,junior high school "morals and rule of law" normal unit review lesson and junior high school "morals and rule of law" test analysis lesson.
