Based on the previous studies of scholars in traditional equalitarianism culture and teacher performance evaluation in China,according to the characteristics and performance of rural primary school teachers' performance evaluation,and combined with the current situation of M primary school teachers'performance evaluation management in Jiuyuan District,Baotou City,Inner Mongolia,this paper studies the negative impact of traditional equalitarianism culture on rural primary school teachers'performance evaluation and teachers'performance evaluationIn the process of performance evaluation,the causes of the negative impact are further analyzed.Finally,the integration of Chinese traditional egalitarian culture and teacher performance evaluation system as a whole has a deeper exploration and reflection.Through reading a large number of relevant literature,with the help of observation and interview,This paper analyzes the current situation and problems of the impact of Chinese traditional equalitarianism on the performance evaluation of rural primary school teachers,and analyzes the causes of the negative impact from the subjective and objective aspects,and finally explores and reflects on the overcoming of the negative impact.This paper analyzes the negative influence of Chinese traditional egalitarian culture on the performance evaluation of rural primary school teachers from the following aspects,including: the analysis of psychological reasons;the analysis of historical and cultural reasons;the analysis of institutional reasons.The results show that the traditional egalitarian culture of China has a negative impact on the performance evaluation of rural primary school teachers,mainly including: the traditional egalitarian culture of China makes the essence of theperformance evaluation of Teachers--competition quietly disintegrated;the traditional egalitarian culture of China makes the binding force of the performance evaluation rules of Teachers reduced;the traditional egalitarian culture of China makes the performance evaluation of teachers reducedThe results of effectiveness evaluation deviated.According to the negative influence of Chinese traditional egalitarian culture on the performance evaluation of rural primary school teachers,this paper analyzes the causes of the problems from the subjective and objective aspects.Objective factors include:The teacher performance evaluation system has been established in the United States one by one.Its ideological system guidance is scientific and pursues the realization of high efficiency.However,in China,there is no matching cultural tradition of pursuing high efficiency and scientific systematization,which leads to the imperfection of relevant systems;the school teacher performance evaluation system is not clear.Subjective factors include: cultural conservatism leads to the fact that Chinese society has always been a culture avoiding certainty,which can be quantified and accurately described and evaluated,which is not popular with social culture;it is recognized by the idea of "equal wealth" and people's conservative psychology of being content with the status quo.At the end of the study,the author explores how to overcome the negative influence of Chinese traditional egalitarianism on rural primary school teachers'performance evaluation,including: schools should attach importance to the cultivation of performance evaluation culture,establish the concept of teachers'performance evaluation that conforms to the rule standard;play an incentive role in order to promote the development of schools and teachers;finally,design the corresponding system to form a model of diversified spiritual motivation type.At the same time of exploring the strategies to overcome the negative influence brought by Chinese traditional egalitarian culture,theresearch also puts forward personal reflection.While carrying out the work of teacher performance evaluation,we should consider the important role of culture in it,and further improve the system of teacher performance evaluation.It is expected that the process of teacher performance evaluation can play its greatest value to school management and teacher management.
