With the quality of people’s life improved, our leader realized the importance ofincreasing people’s overall quality, especially students in middle and primary school.Make sure that the development of national quality keep up with the pace of theoverall development, then comes Quality Education. Different from Exam-OrientedEducation, quality education with the healthy development of students’comprehensive quality as purpose.Quality education has been promoted in large city. But in rural area, because ofthe income gap and backward thinking, the development of quality education is notvery smooth. In rural area, they expect to get into city through college. Soexam-oriented education is still impact middle and primary school.There are manyreasons contribute to this phenomenon. First, in rural area, education funding supportis not enough, result in the education development in these area relatively backward.Second, the overall quality of teacher team in rural area is a little low and thinkingbackward. Last but not the least, student’s parents expect that there children can go tocollege also impact the school’s emphasis on student’s test scores.In rural area education, evaluation of teachers can reflect the importance ofscores in the most. In the evidence of evaluation, student’s scores play a dominantrole,school leaders arrange teacher’s position according to student’s whole scores inone class, and make the position as the evidence to confer teacher’s academic titlesand provide bonus. There are many reasons result in this consequence, such as lackingof effective supervision mechanism from education institution and parent’sexpectation for their child going to college. Also, school doesn’t pay attention tostudent’s overall development and the teacher’s thinking backward are also thecauses.In my research, through questionnaire survey and interviews, I entered into some middle and primary school in Linzhou city Donggang town to collect many usefulinformation about teacher evaluation. Then, I analyzed these data and design a set ofteacher evaluation system named360degree teaching performance evaluation system.At last, I test the system in A school. The result is absolutely wonderful, people inschool support my system. Evaluation of contents diversification waved the status ofscore, the result had a big change; Teachers evaluated each other make the work moreopen and transparent and reduce the prejudice between teachers and leader; Studentstaking part in evaluating job directly not only promote the communication betweenteachers and students, but also excavate the practical problems, learning enthusiasmalso improved. Teacher can improve their teaching according to the evaluationfeedback. But, the necessity of implementing the system in rural school caused theleader and teacher’s question. During the discuss, some teachers consider that thesystem is a little bit complex and will take time; Others deem that unless educationdepartment change their concept of valuing the score, this system will haveinsignificance.So turning around the people’s ideology from the source is necessary. Andimproving the school’s running condition is also the one must be solved. Only in thisway the purpose of through evaluation to improve teaching quality can come true.
