The Influence Of Online Social Network Dependency On Real Interpersonal Disturbance

The rise of social networks and social tools not only enriches the life of college students,but also has some negative effects on their healthy growth.On the one hand,relying on social network can reduce college students' real face-to-face emotional communication experience,reduce their emotional awareness in real interpersonal communication,and ignore the establishment and maintenance of real interpersonal relationship.On the other hand,the lack of necessary social practice participation will weaken their social experience and integration,resulting in negative emotional experience such as isolation and alienation.Online social networking is changing the traditional way of social networking,network fraud and other problems are also testing the individual's trust in others.Previous studies have confirmed that the sense of alienation and interpersonal trust are important factors affecting the real interpersonal relationship.In order to investigate college students' online social networks rely on(independent variables)levels of reality troubled interpersonal relationship(dependent variable)and the influence of the mediation of interpersonal alienation effect and the adjustment of interpersonal trust,this study using online social networks rely on questionnaires,interpersonal comprehensive diagnostic scale,interpersonal alienation scale and the revised philosophies of human nature scale of 507 college students were measured.SPSS and other software were used for data statistical analysis.The research conclusion shows that:(1)college students' dependence on online social network can directly affect their interpersonal relationship,which will bring troubles to their real interpersonal relationship;(2)interpersonal alienation partly mediates the prediction of online social network dependence on the disturbance of real interpersonal relationships.In other words,online social network dependency can not only directly cause the disturbance of real interpersonal relationships among college students,but also indirectly cause the disturbance of real interpersonal relationships among college students through the variable of interpersonal alienation.(3)interpersonal trust can regulate the relationship between online social network dependence and interpersonal alienation,that is,the stronger the online social network dependence of college students is,the stronger their interpersonal alienation will be,but this enhancement trend is regulated by interpersonal trust.This study explored the influence mechanism of online social network dependence on real interpersonal relationship distress.Social network dependency can not only directly predict real interpersonal relationship distress in a positive way,but also indirectly predict it through feelings of alienation.Interpersonal trust moderates the effect of social network dependency on feelings of alienation.Based on this,the author puts forward some Suggestions on the education of college students' mental health.
