"Encouraging national reading" has been written into the government report for three years. During the NPC and CPPCC sessions in 2016, Bai Yansong, a famous host and a member of the CPPC, said in an interview, "I suggest maintaining and promoting national reading and legalize it." Once again, This brought "national reading" to a higher level. World linguistics and theoretical researches on reading have proved that reading at the age stage from 0 to 12 is vital and determined to one’s lifelong development. Primary school is a key place for the cultivation of children reading habit. Apart from home, the school campus is another main place for children to learn and grow. Teachers who act as guiders play an important role in how to help children learn to read on campus. The research based on "making children love reading" project focuses on the development of teacher training at schools that just start the project,which makes it very important to design an instructive program about teacher training.This article is going to have an overall discussion on these issues.Firstly, based on the project background, this research sums up the achieved experience and fruits from the development of project on teacher training. It provides precious resources to get in touch with teacher training mode project. Referring to numbers of literature resources, combining the current teacher training mode project and taking examples of the methods of promoting the organization in the field of teacher training, this paper refers to these methods. Under the guidance of constructive and adult learning theory, it finally cultivates a new teacher training mode of school project "let children love reading"-"idea transition+ take part in reading activity+ participation in practice+ reflection".The formation mode is not transcendent and concept-existed so it needs practice to test its effects. The X Primary School as the new touching project school is the best choice. The author of the report focuses on the teacher training to change the current situation, which aims at the existed problems of school reading. According to the specific circumstance of X Primary School, this paper adopts the methods to train teachers by observing the picture book reading in class and attaching to love reading camp practice. What’s more, it also focuses on the changes of teachers in reflection on communication to test the method effects and promote development.
