Educational justice is an extension and embodiment of social justice in the field of education.The realization of educational justice is closely related to the improvement of people's livelihood.Preschool education as the basic stage of education,pre-school education justice directly affects the realization of educational justice.With the rapid development of the economy and the improvement of the level of social civilization,the people pay more and more attention to the value of preschool education,and put forward higher requirements for the acquisition of preschool education opportunities and the allocation of preschool education resources.Therefore,the issue of preschool education justice is also More and more people are paying attention.The call for solving the problem of “difficulty in entering the kindergarten”and “experiencing the entrance to the kindergarten” directly reflects the prominence and urgency of solving the problem of pre-school education justice.Based on the education justice,this study comprehensively uses the perspectives and theories of pedagogy and ethics to explain the specific content of pre-school education justice.On this basis,it analyzes the current performance and reasons of pre-school education inequality in pre-school education.The realization of justice raises possible solutions.Generally speaking,educational justice includes the starting point of fairness based on equal opportunity,the fairness of distribution with resources as the core,the fairness of the process of expressing justice and the fairness of results for individual pursuit.Because of the basic education attributes of pre-school education,pre-school education justice and education justice have similarities,all emphasize equality as the core value,but pre-school education also has the attributes of private goods,so on the basis of equality,free choice of space and rights It is also protected,so pre-school education justice must guarantee both equal value and freedom.Pre-school education justice is embodied in the following: the popularization of enrollmentopportunities and the differentiation of enrollment rights,the equalization of educational resources and the differentiation of educational environment,the democratization of teacher-child relationship and the scientificization of parenting style,and the individualization of educational content.Diversification of educational forms.China's pre-school education has developed relatively rapidly in the past decade,so it has been greatly improved in terms of development scale,inclusiveness and teacher level,but there is still obvious in the equalization of preschool education opportunities and the optimization of preschool education resources.The educational injustice is mainly reflected in the fact that the proportion of component sharing is low,the government's financial responsibility is insufficient,the regional development is uneven,and the problem of“central collapse”is prominent;the urban-rural gap is large,and the phenomenon of non-equilibrium development is obvious;the inter-school relationship is not equal.The gap between public and private conditions is wide.The reasons for these problems are mainly concentrated on the long-term neglect of pre-school education,the mismatch between the government's power and financial power,the imbalance of regional economic development,the urban-rural division caused by the urban-rural dual structure,and the lack of relevant laws and regulations.Bit.In order to improve the unfairness of preschool education,it is necessary to take measures according to these reasons,such as improving the government's leading role in the development of preschool education,coordinating the regional and urban-rural balance,and ensuring pre-school education justice through legal guarantees.
