Job burnout is prevalent in today's society,especially in industries that require continuous and intense interaction with others.It refers to the extreme psychological emotions that individuals can't properly handle job stress and setbacks.In recent years,the social work industry vigorous development,social workers with self-help purposes,using professional methods to help vulnerable groups to form a correct and good way of work and life,to prevent and solve social problems,so as to achieve the unity of people and society,promote social harmony and sustainable development.But due to the characteristics of work,social workers need to be stronger than the other industry personnel psychological endurance and emotional control,work pressure,job burnout has gradually become a social worker team often appears in "work experience",occupation burnout is troubling social workers,seriously affecting the work efficiency,the physical and mental state,for social construction also has a far-reaching impact.Shenzhen is the forefront of industry,development of social work in China.Therefore,the research on Shenzhen city social workers as the research object,using the method of questionnaire survey and interview method of combining the causes and influencing factors on occupation burnout of social workers,and through the relevant literature,understand the current situation in this field.The development,combined with the analysis of objective data and organize real interviews,suggestions and feasible countermeasures,help social workers to prevent and solve the problem of occupation burnout,to strengthen the industry's psychological sense of belonging,improve work enthusiasm and work efficiency,it has the important practical significance for promoting the development of social work personnel the construction and the social work profession.
