With the growth of economy, the rhythm of people’s life is faster than before. Job burnout is exposed in many fields because of higher working stress and social competition. Most researchers focus on psychology, management science and administration man agement fields. Their main subjects point at doctors, teachers, police and journalists.In this paper, we choose community workers of Qingshan District as research object. We use questionnaire survey to choose 50 community workers with random sample, and then choose 10 object for depth interview. The author found this group has the job burnout problem.There are two reasons why community workers suffer job burnout, one is individual factor, the other is environment factor. The latter is more important.The main conclusions include the performances of job burnout are emotional exhaustion, depersonalisation and lower personal accomplishment. Organizational factor is the most important thing to effect them. Such as working stress and salary. Family factor plays a assignable role in job burnout especially for female community workers. They are urged to change. There is some advice to solve job burnout. Firstly,community worker need to be self empowerment.Secondly, communities need to intervene positively.
