Objective:By studying the effects of hypoxic exercise on blood lipids,serum AST(Aspartate aminotransferase)?ALT(Alanine amiotransferase),FFA(Free fatty acids),liver TG(Triglycerides),TC(Total Cholesterol)and the m RNA of adiponectin in the liver in serum of obese rats were studied,To explore the effects of hypoxic exercise on lipid metabolism,hepatic lipid metabolism and liver function in obese rats,in order to provide new ideas for improving liver function in obese rats.method:with 80 4 week-old healthy male sd rats as the study subjects,10 rats were randomly selected for general feed feeding as normal control group(Y group),and another 70 rats fed with high fat feed were fed as obesity modeling group.After 16 weeks of feeding,Over 10% body weight of normal control group and lee,s index as a selection criterion,Obese eligible rats were selected.They were divided into 4 groups:hypoxic obesity quiet group(HQ),hypoxic obesity exercise group(HE),normoxic obesity quiet group(NQ),normoxic obesity exercise group(NE),each group of 7rats.exercise protocol: hypoxic exercise load of 20 m/min,60min/day,daily hypoxia exposure for 8 hours,oxygen concentration of 13.6%(simulated altitude of 3600 m).normoxic exercise load is 25 m/min,60min/day,exercise 6 days per week,rest one day,total exercise 5 weeks.The rats were killed after exercise,and the body weight,lee,s index,serum biochemical index,liver biochemical index and liver adiponectin mrna level were tested in each group.Result:(1)After 16 weeks of high-fat diet,the average weight of the obese group was more than 10% of the average weight of the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Serum TG?AST?ALT was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).Serum high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)was significantly lower than that of control group.(2)5 weeks after exercise intervention,The body weight,lee,s index of exercise group were significantly lower than those of normoxic quiet group(P<0.05).;And the body weight and lee,s index of the hypoxic exercise group were significantly lower than those of the normoxic exercise group(P<0.50).Body weight,lee,s index of hypoxic quiet group were lower than those of normoxic quiet group,lee,s index were significantly different.The TC?TG?LDL-C in exercise group was significantly lower than that in normoxic quiet group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between hypoxic exercise and normoxic exercise.(3)5 weeks after exercise intervention,Lowest liver TC?TG and serum ALT levels in hypoxic exercise group,and significantly lower than that of normoxic quiet group and hypoxic quiet group(p<0.05).Second,the normoxic exercise group,But there was no significant difference between the normoxic exercise group and the other three groups;The hypoxic quiet group was lower than normoxic quiet group,but there was no significant difference.serum FFA in hypoxic exercise group was the lowest,but there was no significant difference between the groups.(4)5 weeks after exercise intervention,The mrna level of hepatic adiponectin in hypoxic exercise group was significantly higher than that in normoxic exercise group,hypoxic quiet group and normoxic quiet group(p<0.01);Both hypoxic quiet group and normoxic exercise group were significantly higher than normoxic quiet group(p<0.01),and there was no significant difference between hypoxic quiet group and normoxic exercise group.Conclusion:(1)5 weeks after exercise intervention,The weight,blood lipid and fat coefficient of obese rats decreased significantly,and the effect of weight loss in hypoxic exercise group was better.(2)5 weeks after exercise intervention,The serum AST?ALT level and the TC?TG level in the liver were the lowest in the hypoxic exercise group,and the hypoxia exercise had a significant up-regulation effect on the hepatic adiponectin m RNA,suggesting that hypoxic exercise may be one of the measures to prevent and caused by obesity.
