With the deepening of curriculum reform,the pace of school-based curriculum development is accelerating day by day.From 1999,the country started to try out the "three-level curriculum",to 2001,the establishment of the "three-level curriculum" management mode as the basic curriculum policy,marking that school-based curriculum has become an important part of the basic education curriculum.Based on the history and present situation of the current school-based curriculum development,combined with the related theory model,according to the requirements of the new high school history curriculum standard,which is based on Xuzhou war culture,high school history school-based curriculum development,in order to contribute to further enrich the middle school history curriculum system,stimulate students' interest in learning,inheritance and carry forward the excellent traditional culture,to achieve the core accomplishment of students cultivation history.The development and research of "Xuzhou war culture" school-based curriculum not only has the support of the current national curriculum reform policy,but also has the students' actual needs in Xuzhou war culture learning interest,teacher professional development and other aspects.In the process of developing the school-based curriculum of "Xuzhou war culture",four principles of science,complement,pertinence and openness are carried out.In the concrete teaching implementation,adopt a variety of teaching methods,supplemented by the form of practical cases,to carry out the teaching practice;In the aspect of evaluation,according to the history curriculum standard,the course,teacher's teaching and student's achievement are evaluated in parallel.The author believes that the careful design and implementation of school-based curriculum,coupled with the full cooperation of the school,society and family,can better promote the development of students' core literacy.This kind of three-in-one school-based curriculum development and implementation mode will also change the disadvantages and influence brought by the traditional curriculum mode,and truly realize the fundamental task of history curriculum to establish morality and cultivate people.In a word,the development and research of "Xuzhou war culture" school-based curriculum is not only conducive to the cultivation of students' core accomplishment in history and the professional growth of teachers,but also to the smooth and bright development of the school.Of course,in the actual development process of "Xuzhou war culture" school-based curriculum,we should deal with the contradictions between the old system and the new curriculum,the lack of curriculum development ability and the limitations of the curriculum itself.
