This study analyzes the correlation between the development of children's executive function and sports games through literature research,questionnaire survey,experiment,mathematical statistics and other research methods,and summarizes the intervention methods and effects that affect the development of children's executive function.This study uses the intervention factor-"sports game" to design relevant experiments,invites some relevant experts to guide and evaluate the experimental activity scheme,and summarizes a more effective sports game scheme to promote the development of executive function of 5-6-year-old children.In the implementation of the experimental scheme,we have learned from and referred to the successful experience of previous studies,found and solved the existing problems in time,and drew the corresponding conclusions and put forward the corresponding suggestions,so as to provide reference for the follow-up research and practice.The conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)This study takes "health first" and "children's subjectivity" as the educational concepts,and establishes "physical education is top priority of education" as the guiding ideology to promote the development of functional sports game curriculum for 5-6-year-old children."The Educational principle","scientific principle","interesting principle" and "feasible principle" are taken as the principles to promote the development of functional sports game curriculum for 5-6 years old children.We have fully considered the characteristics of 5-6-year-old children's physiological,psychological and movement development,and fully understood the characteristics of executive function development,research status,characteristics and research status of sports games at this stage.We always adhere to the combination of theoretical knowledge and actual situation,and improve the development basis of the experimental program of this study.(2)The idea of constructing "action,society and psychology" as a Trinity and promoting the development of 5-6-year-old children's executive function sports game curriculum is determined.And "forest Games" is further determined as the theme of this study.(3)The results of the experiment and the questionnaire of teachers and parents all indicates that sports games can promote the development of executive function of 5-6-year-old children considerably,that is,inhibition control,working memory and cognitive flexibility.The results showed that there was no significant gender difference in the development of the sub-function of inhibition control,working memory and cognitive flexibility.However,after the experiment,the test results of working memory and cognitive flexibility of male children are better than that of female children,and the test results of inhibition control of female children are better than that of male children.In addition to cognitive flexibility,the growth values of inhibition control and working memory of female children before and after the experiment were higher than that of male children.The experimental results show that sports games can promote 6 physical qualities of 5-6-year-old children,that is,tennis throw,standing long jump,feet continuous jump,sitting body forward bend,walking balance beam and ten meter turn back run.
