In 2016,the Ministry of Education promulgated the “Basic Standards for National School Basketball Special Schools(Trial)”(hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Standards”),which requires that a number of schools that meet the “standards” be selected nationwide each year and awarded “Young School Basketball Special Features” "School" title.The aim is to promote the comprehensive reform of school sports,to enrich the reserve team of competitive basketball in my country,and to achieve the long-term goal of healthy development of young people's physique.At present,the "Standard" has the problem that the provisions are not detailed enough.The education department is still in the exploration stage for the approval and establishment of new youth campus basketball special schools.It has been approved to become a special school.The problems of sustainable development and post-assessment also need to be resolved..Therefore,it is necessary to construct a scientific and reasonable evaluation system that meets the actual needs of youth basketball special schools,and helps and guides the healthy and sustainable development of special schools.This is also the practical significance of this research topic.In this paper,through the literature data method,expert interview method,Delphi method,analytic hierarchy process,mathematical statistics method,the Beijing youth campus basketball characteristic school evaluation index system is constructed,the weight coefficients of all levels of indicators are determined,and the Beijing youth campus basketball is formulated.Evaluation standard scale for characteristic schools.An empirical analysis of 6youth basketball special schools in Beijing(3 elementary schools and 3 junior high schools)was conducted to verify the feasibility of the practical application of the evaluation system constructed in this paper.The main research conclusions are as follows:(1)The five principles for constructing the Beijing Youth Campus Basketball School Evaluation System are the principles of scientificity,objectivity,effectiveness,goals,and systems.(2)Beijing youth campus basketball characteristic school evaluation index system includes 3first-level indicators,12 second-level indicators,and 32 third-level indicators.(3)The study draws the comprehensive weight coefficients of all levels of the Beijing Basketball Basketball School Evaluation System,and draws the following conclusions: the highest level of the first-level index is 0.5396 for "work development";the second-level index is the weighting coefficient for "education and teaching" The highest is 0.3498;the three-level indicator "open a full physical education class,there is a basketball class every week" weight coefficient is up to 0.2798.(4)Using Beijing youth campus basketball characteristic school evaluation standards to conduct a trial evaluation of six Beijing youth campus basketball characteristic schools,it is concluded that this institute has practical feasibility to construct evaluation standards.
