| With the continuous innovation of education system and the rapid development of Internet technology,the national education policy also encourages us to apply electronic technology to teaching reasonably.Micro video assisted teaching is a part of multimedia teaching.It mainly focuses on short-term refining,and plays a certain technical action or a certain teaching link through mobile devices in about 5 minutes.The content is refined,and learning is carried out anytime and anywhere through fragmentation.With the rise of synchronized rope skipping,people pay more and more attention to synchronized rope skipping,but there is a lack of research on synchronized rope skipping teaching.This research mainly combines the micro video and synchronized rope skipping teaching,and explores the relationship between the micro video and synchronized rope skipping teaching,aiming to provide new teaching methods for teaching,serve physical education,and improve the effect of synchronized rope skipping teaching 。This paper mainly uses the experimental method to study the effect of micro video assisted teaching on the teaching of rope skipping in primary school physical education.Through two rounds of Delphi method,the teaching content index and evaluation method index of rope skipping in primary school physical education are selected.The official video published on the official website of rope skipping in the opinion of experts is sent to the students as the video teaching content to watch.Through the experiment of 16weeks' teaching of synchronized rope skipping,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)Students like to watch the micro video teaching content,with a large number of viewers.Micro video teaching content attracts students' interest in learning and enhances the good relationship between teachers and students(2)Micro video assisted instruction has significant improvement on four dimensions of learning interest of primary school students' rope skipping: sports participation,active interest in sports learning,passive interest in sports learning and independent learning.(3)Micro video assisted instruction can promote students' learning of rope skipping.The greater the difficulty coefficient of the movement,the better the effect of micro video assisted teaching in the experimental class,and the greater the gap between the two classes;the smaller the difficulty,the smaller the effect of the experimental class,and the smaller the gap between the two classes. |
