The rapid development of social economy brings about the continuous improvement of people’s living standard.Because most families and schools pay attention to their children’s cultural achievements only,some of the students’ physical qualities are in the opposite direction.The proportion of obesity rate,myopia rate and depression rate is high,and most of the students do not exercise time.Foot.It is far from enough to rely solely on physical education to save pupils’ physical and mental health and satisfy their sports psychology.Primary school extracurricular physical exercise is unsatisfactory,some even do not have extracurricular physical training,extracurricular physical exercise has become a weak link in school sports.In extracurricular physical exercise,we should not only pay attention to the changes of students’ physical function and body shape,but also pay more attention to the psychological problems of students.Childhood mental health problems include learning problems,such as lack of concentration,short notice,learning difficulties,and even weariness.For pupils,attention is the basis for acquiring knowledge,so it is very important for learning.Under the condition that students’ physical and mental health is not optimistic and extracurricular physical exercise is not ideal,micro content,micro time,micro space and micro equipment are the "four micro" concept.This paper takes "four micro" as the core idea to study and analyze the effect of "four micro" on the effect of extracurricular physical exercise in primary school.The main content of the influence of body health,primary school students’ attention quality and the atmosphere of extracurricular physical exercise in primary school is the main content.At the same time,the extracurricular physical exercise under the "four micro" concept has also greatly solved the problems of many students,less exercise time,small space and less equipment,and changed the tradition of boring content and form single tradition.During the break,the students also have an hour of physical exercise every day.This study hopes to provide a reference and basis for many scholars to study the extracurricular physical exercise,the health of primary school students and the attention quality of primary school students.According to the writing requirements of this paper,through the retrieval of Chinese knowledge network and other relevant literature in the past few years,we have carried out a key reading and Analysis on the situation of extracurricular physical exercise,the status of physical and mental health of primary school students,the status of primary school students’ attention quality and the methods of promotion.Class arrangement and induction,comprehensive understanding and mastering the research status and the latest research results related to this research,lay a theoretical foundation for the study of this article.This article takes the spring rain primary school in Yuhua District of Shijiazhuang as an example,through the questionnaire survey and interview method before the experiment,in order to understand the extracurricular physical exercise and learning in spring rain primary school.In this case,after 14 weeks of "four micro" concept of extracurricular rope skipping practice,the effect of "four micro" concept on the atmosphere of extracurricular physical exercise in spring rain primary school was studied.The subjects were grade three students in spring rain primary school,which were divided into 32 experimental classes and 32 control classes.According to the "four micro" concept of rope skipping practice,64 subjects were tested for 16 weeks.Before and after the experiment,64 subjects were tested for physical quality and attention quality(2 weeks),and the experimental class was carried out in the experimental class.14 weeks of "four micro" concept of extracurricular rope skipping practice,every Thursday,four times a day,respectively in the morning two small classes,a small room in the afternoon and after school,control in 5-8 minutes(consider the objective factor).The control class took part in the routine physical education course,and the interval time was carried out according to their own willingness to carry out extracurricular activities.The data were analyzed by spss20.0 data software package,independent sample T test and paired sample T test.The results of the study:(1)After the experiment,the extracurricular physical exercise in spring rain primary school is not ideal.Through the observation of the extracurricular physical exercise in the spring rain primary school,the jump rope practice under the "four micro" concept has a positive influence on the atmosphere of extracurricular physical exercise in spring rain primary school,and it also promotes the development of the extracurricular activities in school.(2)There was a very significant difference between 50 m running and 1 min rope skipping compared with that before the experiment(P<0.01).There was no significant difference between the sitting body’s forward flexion and 1 min sit ups compared with that before the experiment(P>0.05).The results of the control class were compared with the results before the experiment,only the significant difference was found in the 50 m running(P<0.05).Compared with the experimental results in the control class,there was a significant difference between 50 m running and 1 min skipping rope(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the sitting body’s forward flexion and 1 min sit ups(P>0.05).(3)After the experiment,the four dimensions of the attention quality were not significantly different from those before the experiment(P>0.05).The four dimensions of attention quality in the control class were not significantly different from those before the experiment(P>0.05).After the experimental class,the four dimensions of attention quality were not significantly different from those of the control class(P>0.05).But the incremental mean value of the experimental class is greater than the increment mean of the control classThe conclusions are as follows:(1)The rope skipping exercise under the concept of "four micro" can be carried out in primary schools and has a positive effect on the atmosphere of primary school extracurricular physical exercise(2)rope skipping exercises under "four micro" can improve primary school students’ 50 m running and 1 min rope skipping results,and have little effect on the pupils’ sitting body forward flexion and 1 min sit ups.(3)the skipping exercise under the "four micro" plays a certain role in developing the attention quality of pupils,but the effect is not obvious.
