In recent years,the country pays more and more attention to the healthy growth of teenagers.It is the general trend to attach importance to the physical and health courses of students.After entering the 21 st century,the guiding ideology of "health first" has become increasingly popular,and "fun lessons and exercises" have rejuvenated their youth and become an important organizational form in primary and middle school physical education classes.Rope skipping is a traditional sport.So far it has been called "the most perfect fitness exercise".Incorporating dance,aerobics,martial arts,acrobatics,music and other emerging elements into the skipping rope can be called trick skipping.Rope skipping is easy to learn,easy to carry,low in cost,low in field requirements,and enjoys viewing and good fitness value.It is popular among elementary and middle school students.Rope skipping is a sports activity where the practitioner completes various jumping movements in a swinging rope.The form of rope skipping exercises is diverse,simple and tedious.This is a whole body exercise with less time and energy consumption.The consumption of 10 minutes of skipping rope is equivalent to the effect of 30 minutes of jogging.The development of rope skipping not only helps to promote the growth and development of children's cardiovascular system and respiratory system,but also enhances their functional development;it can also improve students 'endurance,coordination,sharpness,and accuracy,and cultivate students' unremitting will,unity and cooperation Spirit and aggressive mentality.Based on the intervention of figure skipping movement,this paper studies the effect of figure skipping on the physical fitness level of level three students through experimental methods,and provides some reference for the figure skipping to better serve the physical fitness level of elementary and middle school students.In this paper,research methods such as literature data method,questionnaire survey method,interviewing method,experimental method,and mathematical statistics method are used.The sixth-year student of Shijiazhuang Affiliated School of Beijing Normal University is used as the experimental object.After the teaching experiment intervention,a comparative analysis of "fancy rope skipping lessons" and conventional physical education to improvestudents' physical fitness test results(height and weight of male and female students,vital capacity,forward flexion in seated position,50 meters × 8 round-trip runs,50 meters Running,one-minute crunches and one-minute skipping).Concluded as follow:1.Through the longitudinal comparison of the average results of the boys and girls before and after the experiment in the experimental group,the results show that after the experiment,the boys and girls in the experimental group have height,seated forward flexion,50 meters x 8 reciprocating runs,one minute sit-ups and one minute skip Compared with boys,the average vital capacity and 50-meter run were significantly different from before the experiment(P <0.01);girls' vital capacity and 50-meter average performance were significantly different from before the experiment(P <0.05).);The mean weight of boys and girls was not significantly different from that before the experiment(P> 0.05).2.Longitudinal comparison of the average results of male and female students before and after the experiment in the control group.The results showed that the average scores of boys and girls in the control group were significantly different from those before the experiment(P <0.01).The average one-minute sit-up performance of girls was significantly different from that before the experiment(P <0.05);There were no significant differences in the weight,vital capacity,50-meter running,50-meter × 8 round-trip running,and one-minute rope skipping of the boys and girls before the experiment(P> 0.05).3.After the experiment,the average scores of the boys and girls in the experimental group were compared horizontally,and the results showed that the average score of one-minute skipping of the girls in the experimental group was significantly different from that in the control group(P <0.01).Vital capacity,50-meter running,50-meter × 8 round-trip running and boys 'one-minute rope skipping had significant differences compared with the control group(P <0.05);boys and girls' height,weight,sitting forward flexion,and one minute Compared with the control group,the average results of sit-ups were not significantly different(P> 0.05).4.After 15 weeks of experimental intervention in "fighting rope skipping lesson",83%of students like the "fighting rope skipping lesson" exercise intervention form through questionnaires.58% of students said that they became more and more fond of the sport of figure skipping after one semester of "fight skipping lesson practice",65% of students saidthey would stick to skipping rope in the rest of the class.
