With the vigorous development of badminton, the competition among countries is also more intense. The implementation of the 21-point competition system has increased the competition of skills, physical strength and tactics between players of both sides, leading to the rapid and comprehensive development of badminton technology in the world. The absolute speed of badminton refers to the speed that a player can achieve without the influence of external conditions on the court. In addition, agility, which is closely related to strength, speed and other physical qualities,is also the basis for the implementation of skills and tactics.Athletes need to have the ability to adjust footwork and hand movements in coordination under different conditions. The age range of 8-12 years old is the sensitive period for the development of speed and sensitivity. If targeted training can be carried out scientifically during this period, the improvement of these two qualities will get twice the result with half the effort. This study refers to the well-known multi-direction movement training in other fields to explore the influence of multi-direction movement training on the speed and agility of badminton players aged8-12 years, and to provide new ideas for the youth badminton training mode. This research adopts literature at home and abroad and the direction of training more relevant literature was summarized to retrieve, before and after the experiment data with mathematical statistics analysis of the input,by the methods of expert interview, questionnaire investigation, training of relevant experts to experiment design action selection consulting,40 experiment selected Beijing wings badminton club 8-12 athletes as experimental object, the average is divided into the experimental group and control group, each group of male and female athletes 10,in physical stamina training part of the experimental group using multiple direction training eight weeks, the control for regular training, test before and after the experiment for quality data collection,SPSS23.0software was used for statistical analysis, and the following conclusions were obtained:1.After the experiment, there was no significant difference between the athletes of the experimental group and the control group in the three physical fitness indexes, and the athletes of the experimental group did not show greater advantages in the multi-direction movement training compared with the regular training.2.After the experiment, the experimental group and the control group showed significant differences in three indicators of sensitivity, and the effect of multi-direction movement training on the sensitivity of the experimental subjects was better than the conventional training.3.In terms of the four test indexes of movement speed and displacement speed,themulti-direction movement training method does not achieve better results than the conventional training.
