In 2019,the Chinese korfball team won the fourth place in the 11 th World Championships in South Africa and qualified for the 11 th World Games in the United States, constantly breaking new history. With the continuous development of the korfball movement in China, the korfball movement in primary and secondary schools has been greatly popularized and improved. The rapid development of KORFBALL in China requires continuous training of excellent athletes, scientific planning of the korfball training system, and improvement of the mobility and physical fitness of korfball athletes. The study comprehensively uses the literature analysis method, questionnaire survey method, expert consultation method, experimental method and other methods to design an experimental scheme around multi-directional movement training, selects the korfball athletes of Zhengzhou No.29 Middle School as the experimental object, groups in strict accordance with the basic requirements of the experimental method, and formulates a multi-directional movement scheme according to the kinematic characteristics of the experimental subjects in the case of ensuring that there is no significant difference in the height, weight, age, ball age, sensitive quality,FMS test and other aspects of the experimental subjects. The traditional training protocol conducted experiments on the experimental group and the control group for a period of 12 weeks. The study used the expert consultation method and questionnaire survey method to select general agility quality test indicators such as T-shaped running,Nebraska running,Illinois running,AFL sensitive running to measure the sensitivity quality of korfball athletes;5x5m acceleration running, hourglass variable speed running and other specialized sensitive quality test indicators to measure the special mobile agility quality of korfball;FMS to test the physical flexibility and stability of korfball athletes, physical injury. Before the experiment and after the experiment, the control group members of the experimental group were measured, and the data was processed and analyzed. The final result is as follows;1.After the experiment, the performance of t-shaped run,Nebraska run,Illinois run and AFL run, which represent the general agility quality of korfball athletes, was improved in the experimental group, and the P values were all < 0.05,indicating a significant difference, while there was no significant difference in the above indicators in the control group.2.In terms of sensitive quality of special ball movement, the experimental group achieved significantly higher post-test scores in 5x5 m acceleration running and hourglass variable speed running than the pre-test,and P value of pre-test and post-test scores was < 0.05,indicating a significant difference, while there was no significant difference in the above indicators in the control group.3.In terms of FMS test scores, the experimental group and the control group have improved in all kinds of test scores, but there is no significant difference in shoulder joint flexibility and turning stability in the experimental group, and there are significant differences in other scores. There was no significant difference in FMS test scores in the control group.4.After the experiment, sensitivity, mobility and FMS test scores of the experimental group and the control group were improved, but the improvement range of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group.Based on the above research results, the following conclusions are drawn:1.Multi-direction movement training has a significant impact on the agility of korfball players; The traditional routine training has no significant effect on the agility of the players.2,multi-direction movement training has a significant influence on the ability of korfball players to change the spatial position and direction of body movement; The traditional routine training has no significant effect on the players.3.Multi-direction movement training has significant positive influence on the body flexibility and stability of korfball players.4.multi-direction movement training has more influence on agility, mobility and FMS test than traditional routine training. In order to introduce multi-directional movement training and improve the sensitivity quality of korfball, the research recommendations are as follows:First, korfball training should be selective,step-by-step use of multi-directional mobile training to improve the athlete’s balance ability, explosive quality, flexible quality, improve the athlete’s sensitive quality.Second, korfball training should pay attention to the design of training programs from the aspects of movement rhythm, movement direction, physical fitness, etc.,and seek to take into account the direction and speed of movement in the dutch ball game, and fully improve the training program of the lotus ball.Third,multi-directional movement takes more ways, the difficulty of movement and training requirements are not the same, korfball sports training should be from the korfball athlete physical function, korfball sports conditions, for different shortcomings,in accordance with the principle of step by step, gradually improve the sensitive quality of korfball athletes.Fifth,multi-directional mobile training should consider paying attention to the individual differences of korfball athletes, fully combining the physical fitness of students to design training programs, scientifically formulating training intensity, load, interval time, etc.,effectively improving training efficiency.
