Badminton is one of the key sports in our country.According to the characteristics of the sports,speed and agility are the key points of badminton players' training.Badminton players need to complete acceleration,deceleration and multi-directional movement within the scope of the field in an instant.Therefore,the ability training of rapid change or change of speed is particularly important,and the training proportion goes to The demand for improving sports ability is increasing.As a system of body function training,multi-directional mobile training is gradually applied to the training of specific sports events with the need of improving the ability of athletes.In this study,multi-directional mobile training is applied to the teaching of badminton in the general course of physical education,and explores the effect of multi-directional mobile training in badminton teaching and the best training mode of multi-directional mobile training,in order to improve the physical quality of students and promote the scientific and effective badminton teaching in Colleges and universities.In this paper,60 students majoring in physical education of grade 17 in Yunnan Normal University were randomly divided into two experimental groups,a traditional control group,in which the experimental group carried out cross training combining multi-directional mobile training and traditional training(n = 20);the experimental group carried out single training Pure multi-directional mobile training(n = 20);the traditional control group received the traditional speed and sensitivity training(n =20).Seven test indexes were selected,including 30 meter speed running,10 second in-situ high leg lifting,selection response action test,Illinois sensitivity test,hexagonal ball test,cross turn back test,closed eyes in-situ step,and the corresponding longitudinal and transverse statistical analysis was carried out among the three groups.Results:(1)In the first group,there were significant differences(P < 0.01)in 30 meterspeed running test,selection response action test,Illinois sensitivity test,hexagonal ball test and close eyes and step test(P < 0.05).(2)There were significant differences in 30 meter speed running,selection response movement test and Illinois sensitivity test(P < 0.01),hexagonal ball test,closed eyes in situ step test and cross direction turn back test(P < 0.05),but there was no significant difference in 10 second in situ high leg up test(P > 0.05).(3)After the traditional control group experiment,it was better than before the experiment.There were significant differences between the 30 meter speed running test and the ten second in-situ high leg lifting test(P < 0.01).There were significant differences between the Illinois sensitivity test and the closed eye in-situ step test(P <0.05).There were no significant differences between the selection response action test,the hexagonal ball test and the cross turn back test(P > 0.05).(4)After the experiment,there was no significant difference(P > 0.05)between the three groups in the test results of 30 meter speed running.In the ten second in-situ high leg lifting test,the experimental group was better than the experimental group,and there was a significant difference(P < 0.05),while the experimental group was better than the traditional control group,and the traditional control group was better than the experimental group,but there was no significant difference(P > 0.05).In the selection response action test,the experimental group was better than the experimental group There was significant difference between the two groups(P <0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).(5)After the experiment,the first group and the second group of the experiment were superior to the traditional control group in the Illinois sensitive test and the hexagon ball test,and had very significant difference(P < 0.01),while the first group was superior to the second group but had no significant difference(P > 0.05);the first group of the experiment was superior to the second group and the traditional control group,and had very <0.01),while the second group was better than the traditional control group,but there was no significant difference(P > 0.05)?Conclusion:(1)the combination of multi-directional mobile training and traditional training can significantly improve the speed quality and sensitivity quality of the students in the general Badminton Class of physical education.(2)simple multi-directional movement training can significantly improve the students' movement speed,response speed and sensitive quality,except that it does not significantly improve the quality of movement speed of the students in the general Badminton Class of physical education major.(3)the combination of multi-directional mobile training and traditional training is better than the single multi-directional mobile training mode and traditional training mode in the speed and sensitivity training effect of the students in the badminton general course of physical education.(4)for the speed quality,the simple multi-directional mobile training mode is superior to the traditional training mode only in the response speed training effect of the students in the general Badminton Class of physical education major,while the traditional training mode is superior to the simple multi-directional mobile training mode in the training effect of the students' mobile speed and movement speed quality,and the two modes complement each other.(5)for the sensitive quality,the simple multi-directional mobile training mode is superior to the traditional training mode in the program sensitivity,random sensitivity,coordination ability and balance ability of the students in the general Badminton Class of physical education major.
