In recent years,the state has repeatedly asked teenagers to "master 1-2 sports skills" in many documents,At present,most of the students have neither mastered one or two sports skills nor formed the habit of conscious exercise,especially the improvement effect of the students' physical health level is not obvious.Sports social training institutions play an important role in training students' sports skills.They should take the initiative and actively fulfill the responsibility of training primary school students' sports skills.In this paper,six badminton training institutions in Beijing were investigated to understand the understanding,teaching and management of the six badminton training institutions in the training of primary school students' sports skills.The following conclusions were drawn through investigation,analysis and research by using literature,expert interview,questionnaire,logical analysis,mathematical statistics and other research methods Conclusion:1.Sports social training institutions shoulder the responsibility of training students' sports skills.2.Sports social training institutions play an important role in primary school students' participation in sports,learning special techniques,cultivating sports interests and promoting their all-round physical and mental development.3.Sports social training institutions can provide good facilities and teachers in training students' sports skills.They have certain advantages in training students' sports skills.Sports social training institutions have broad development space.However,there are also lack of human resources,facilities and funds,lack of laws,lack of industry norms,and great competitive pressure.4.The managers don't know enough about the training of students' sports skills,the training institutions are lack of management and training of coaches,and the arrangement of some students' classes and advanced levels is unreasonable.5.The coach's teaching level is generally good,which is generally recognized by parents and students;but the teaching is too procedural,which lacks in the cultivation of sports interest and lifelong sports awareness,and fails to give full play to its positive role in the cultivation of students' sports skills.6.Most of the students practice once a week in the training institutions,some of them can't have a fixed class time,and the loss rate of students is serious;through the study in the training institutions,the students have learned the basic technology to a certain extent,and enhanced their physical fitness,but it has not been used as amethod and means of fitness and exercise,and the cultivation of lifelong sports awareness is insufficient.7.Students' parents lack of understanding of training institutions;less communication with coaches;lack of accompaniment and supervision of children;failure to give full play to their external supervision role.
