In the context of "combination of physical and medical" and the coming of the Winter Olympics,China urgently needs talents in the direction of snow and ice,as well as majors and courses that can achieve integration of physical and medical.In order to meet the demand for talents,the Capital University of Physical Education & Sports has recruited students at the undergraduate level since 2017.Among them,in order to be able to fully train talents in the direction of ice and snow,the sports rehabilitation major has opened several new courses related to snow and ice sports,so it is an urgent task to improve the teaching content of such courses.Based on the needs of the research on the "research and study on the construction of the" Winter Sports Traumatology "curriculum system" in the Capital University of Physical Education & Sports,this article selects the practical teaching content of "Winter Sports Traumatology" suitable for sports college students to improve the talents Relevant knowledge and skills required.The research methods of literature data,case analysia,interviews,observations,mathematical statistics,and logical analysis were used to select the practical teaching content of "Winter Sports Traumatology" in the Capital University of Physical Education & Sports.Taking into account the needs of social talents,students' knowledge,and the current situation of trauma teaching content in winter sports,it was decided to select a practical teaching content framework suitable for physical education college students from the two disciplines of functional training and athletic training,using Delphi The method completed three rounds of index screening,and used data statistical analysis methods to complete data processing,determine the content of practical teaching and use the selected content to teach students of the 18th-level sports rehabilitation major(in the direction of ice and snow)of the Capital University of Physical Education & Sports.At the end of the teaching,students' feedback on the content of the practical teaching of the course was obtained through questionnaire surveys and observation methods.The practical teaching content of "Winter Sports Traumatology" is composed of three first-level indicators of special preparation activities,special protective equipment use,and special finishing activities.It consists of muscle activation,dynamic stretching,nerve activation,characteristics of sports protective gear,use of sports protective gear,The composition of 7 second-level indicators of static stretching and device massage enriches the practical teaching content of the course "Winter Sports Traumatology".During the teaching of practical content,students have a higher enthusiasm for taking classes.From the feedback of various students and the evaluation of teachers,students have improved their grasp and application of practical teaching content,which confirms the effectiveness of practical teaching content.To meet the needs of the research task of strengthening the students' practical operational ability in the "Exploration and Research on the Curriculum System Construction of" Winter Sports Traumatology "of the Capital Institute of Physical Education.
