| Preparations for the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympic Games are in full swing,and the national and local governments are vigorously promoting the ice and snow talent training strategy.As one of the important institutions of ice and snow sports personnel training,how to carry out ice and snow personnel training plan,how to effectively improve the quality of ice and snow personnel training,and how to enhance the core competitiveness of ice and snow personnel have become a major problem restricting ice and snow sports.The training of talents needs a reasonable and scientific training program and specific requirements to guide the trained talents.There are 7 colleges and universities in the current 14 sports colleges and universities in China that offer ice and snow sports majors(directions).In this paper,the methods of literature,logical analysis,comparative analysis and Delphi are used to study the talent training program of ice and snow sports majors(directions)in sports colleges and universities,and the training objectives,curriculum settings,venue equipment,teachers and other aspects are analyzed With the main research content of ice and snow sports professional(direction)talents and the research object of the talent training program of sports colleges and universities that set up ice and snow sports professional(direction),the basic proposition is what kind of ice and snow literacy the ice and snow talents trained in sports colleges and universities should have and what way they should use for training,so as to distinguish the ice and snow professional literacy training from the previous training path in concept through research The difference of path,with professional quality as the starting point,createsThe analysis provides new thinking for the cultivation of "professional quality" of ice and snow sports talents in physical education colleges.Main conclusions:1.At present,in the process of the implementation of the talent training program for ice and snow sports major(direction)in sports colleges and universities,the training objectives are mostly ice and snow application talents,but it does not show that the ice and snow talents they cultivate have the specific qualities.2.The course arrangement is lack of scientific nature,knowledge repetition and crossover,it is difficult to form the core support system;the learning time of students' ice and snow curriculum is short,it is difficult to form movement memory,and it is not conducive to the study of ice and snow professional technology.The curriculum of ice and snow specialty is increasing,but it is too repetitive,and the practical curriculum of ice and snow specialty is less.3.The infrastructure related to ice and snow in sports colleges and universities is insufficient,and the relative lack of ice and snow venues is difficult to meet the students' needs for ice and snow curriculum learning.4.The link between teaching and practice is out of line,students lack practical ability,and it is difficult to use what they have learned flexibly,which makes it difficult to meet social needs after graduation.5.The number of teaching teachers for ice and snow sports is insufficient,so it is necessary to expand the teaching team,and the overall teaching ability and scientific research level need to be improved.Countermeasures and suggestions:Break the existing curriculum system and professional constraints,realize large-scale training;return to "humanistic education concept";return to "double base" education,solid basic skills and knowledge,increase investment in ice and snow infrastructure;build a "platform +" model,realize the "sports +" pattern;implement dynamic education,three-way collaborative training,promote the collaborative development of teaching and practice,and cultivate The practical ability and innovative ability of students,and the construction of teaching staff.This paper puts forward a new idea of "professional quality" training for ice and snow sports talents. |
