The explosive force of lower limbs is the expression form of the rapid strength of lower limbs.Good lower extremity explosive force can make the female football players in primary school more confrontational on the field and have better performance,so that coaches have more tactical options,improve sports performance,and complete better football education process.In this paper,the Beijing Mi Yun area each distinctive campus football school football coaches,improve the training of the athletes lower limbs explosive method make the summary analysis,found that adopted by the schools to improve the training of the lower limbs explosive method is the same,give priority to in order to run and jump all forms of: such as leapfrog,belly in jump,push to run after,30 meters repeats,method is relatively single,process relatively dull,lack of scientific nature.In today's high-speed development of sports science,we should add more scientific,reasonable,safe,effective,novel and easy to operate means,in line with the law of physical and mental development of primary school students on the basis of efficient improvement of lower limb explosive force,so that the football team of each school has a better sports performance.Based on 30 women footballers JiZhuang elementary school(9-10 years old)as the research object,and set up the experimental group and control group,experimental group of lower limbs explosive force training methods for low hurdles training,the control of the lower limbs explosive force training methods for various common methods for lower limbs explosive force training school,choose the use frequency of the highest training after summary action,as a traditional lower limbs explosive force training.The experimental period was eight weeks,and the following conclusions were obtained through comparative analysis after data were obtained:Through the low-hurdle training,the women's football players in the experimental group improved the height of the 50 meter run,standing long jump,standing triple jump,30 meter run and vertical jump in different ranges,and there were significant differences before and after the experiment.This indicates that the low bar rack training has a very positive effect on improving the lower limb explosive force of female soccer players(9-10 years old)in primary school.In the three indexes of 50-meter run,standing long jump,standing triplejump,there are significant differences between the experimental group and the control group after the experiment,indicating that the training effect of low-bar training is better than that of traditional lower limb explosive force training.In football dribbling around the bar,an indicator of comprehensive quality,there is a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group after the experiment,indicating that the training effect of low-bar training is better than that of traditional lower limb explosive force training.
