A Comparative Study Of Talent Training Programs For The Ice And Snow Majors In The Sports Colleges Of The Three Northeast Provinces

The 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics has attracted worldwide attention,but the development of winter and summer sports in China is extremely unbalanced.Winter events lag far behind summer events,and there is a shortage of high-quality ice and snow talents.In today's world,the fierce economic and technological competition among countries is,in the final analysis,the competition of education and talents.The development of economy and science and technology depends on talents.High-quality ice and snow professionals can carry forward ice and snow culture,promote mass sports and promote ice and snow sports industry,which is the fundamental guarantee for organizing the Winter Olympic Games and realizing the dream of a strong sports country.The training of talents depends on education.The key to conveying talents to meet the needs of social development in colleges and universities lies in a reasonable talent training program.Whether the training plan is reasonable or not is directly related to the quality of personnel training,and is the central link to achieve the professional training objectives and training specifications.By using the methods of literature review,expert interviews and data analysis,this paper makes a thorough study on the talent training programs of Harbin Sport University,Shenyang Institute of Physical Education and Jilin Institute of Physical Education from the perspectives of talent training objectives,training specifications and curriculum settings,and draws the following conclusions:1.Influenced by the ideas of "skill theory" and "physique theory",physical education teaching is often regarded as a skill course or a physical exercise skill training,with the aim of training skills and enhancing physique.The narrowing of training objectives has a direct impact on the overall development of human beings.2.Influenced by the theory of skills,there are many professional and technical courses,which focus on the practice of skills,and the proportion of general education is not high.3.The proportion of ice and snow elective courses increases,whereas many of these courses with complex content are largely identical with only minor differences.4.The general curriculum emphasizes political quality while ignores humanistic quality.Suggestions: We should renew education concept to realize the training goal of all-round development of human beings,and train the leaders,practitioners and promoters of ice and snow culture.To oppose the way of project curriculum setting,we should follow the discipline setting to realize directing the subject,the idea and the thinking from the big picture.Considering the cultural and academic nature,we should promote the teaching reform of general education,advocate general education and strengthen humanistic education,with emphasis on humanism and vitality.Set up vocational literacy courses,and highlight the main courses.Ice and snow courses should include skills,historical origins and law courses,focusing on the study and practice of competitive rules.Emphasis should be placed on the curriculum of sports industry and cultural management,such as the utilization of equipment,building a practical teaching platform,and cultivating the idea of lifelong sports.
