Research On The Development Strategy Of Yunnan ZZ Education Company

With the rapid development of China's economy,the social demand for highly educated and high-level talents is more obvious,and the pressure of employment that graduates face is more and more intense.This has contributed to the rise of training companies of academic qualifications.Under the influence of social environment,ZZ Education Company faces both opportunities and challenges.This paper uses strategic management theory,educational training theory and management analysis theory to research the development strategy of ZZ Education Company,exploring its development path.Firstly,it analyzes the circumstance of ZZ Education Company faces,including macro-environment,industry environment and environment of competition to clarify the external conditions of the company's development.Secondly,the paper investigates ZZ Education Company's development abilities such as the company's development progress,strengths and weaknesses to discern capabilities it has.Thirdly,it formulates development strategies,including SWOT analysis,selection of development strategy,development strategy positioning,company goals,development strategy programming,to clarify the strategic development planning of the company.Lastly,this paper will propose strategic countermeasures and suggestions of the development of ZZ Education Company,including management structure,team building,market development,motivation system,enterprise culture to accelerate the development of ZZ Education Company.Through systematic study of the development strategy of ZZ Education Company,the following conclusions are drawn:(1).A company must evaluate its own situation based on external environmental conditions and development abilities;(2).Development strategy formulation should have continuity which can inherits the company's traditional advantages and develop and innovate in accordance with situation.(3).The company's strategic plan needs to be guaranteed by the implementation path as perfect strategic plan must be matched with strict implementation strategy.
