In the vocational education industry,many educational institutions have chosen a single strategy of cost-leading,differentiated,and focused on the selection of business competition strategies,which has been highly concerned by academic scholars.The single strategy is also widely used in the industry And achieved remarkable results.However,the application research of two or more combination strategies in the vocational education industry rarely involves.If a single strategy is not suitable,the combination strategy may help the extremely weak vocational education in the increasingly competitive market.Institutions find another way to find the way of future development.In view of this,this article selects BZ vocational education institutions with a representative brand image and market position in the IT industry as a case.Through theoretical and on-site research methods,we will deeply understand the current status of BZ schools and analyze the focus of the Enlightenment business with the most market potential.Identify existing problems in the business.Using the PEST and the Five Forces model to analyze the Enlighten Star’s business policies,population,economy,competitors and other external environments,an EFE evaluation matrix is ??obtained;through matrix weighted scores,it is found that external factors can bring more development opportunities to the Enlighten Star business.Then,analyze the internal resources,operational capabilities,and core competitiveness of the Enlighten Star business in the BZ school,and obtain the IFE matrix.The IFE matrix finds that the internal is in a disadvantaged state,which is not conducive to the development of the Enlighten Star business.Then,through the internal and external factors previously analyzed,the four strategies of the SWOT matrix are analyzed,and the WO strategy that is most suitable for the Enlighten Star business is selected to fully seize external opportunities and reduce internal disadvantages.Finally,a single strategy is further compared through the QSPM quantitative matrix,and it is concluded that there is no obvious gap between the singlestrategies;and to judge the implementation goals of the strategy,any single competitive strategy is not applicable to the Enlighten Star business.On this basis,this paper draws a selection of low-cost and differentiated business strategies to maximize the advantages of a single strategy;and from the diversification of education products and procurement cost control,"Internet +",market costs,employment differences Implement improvements in several areas.At the end,we put forward control measures for the implementation of this strategy to ensure the smooth implementation of the strategy.
