The college entrance examination is an important method to evaluate students' ability and quality,and also an important way to select talents.As the key point to reflect the core quality of biology,the biological experiment test of college entrance examination is also the central point for students to lose points.To study the proposition trend of the biology experiment questions in college entrance examination is helpful for teachers and students to understand the proposition idea of the experiment questions in college entrance examination more deeply,adjust the teaching method of biology experiment in time,and then achieve the purpose of effectively carrying out biology experiment teaching and reviewing for examination.This study uses literature,statistical analysis and comparative research methods.Firstly,it defines the concept of biological experiment questions.All the questions with biological experiment background belong to the scope of this study.It clarifies the requirements of curriculum standards and examination syllabus for biological experiment exploration ability.Then,the paper makes statistical analysis on 2013-2019 biological experiment questions from the aspects of the proportion of test scores,specific test points,presentation of materials,basic test types of test questions,experimental test items,test ability levels and cognitive level,and finds that the proportion of biological experiment questions in the score is high,and shows a growing trend,focusing on the test of basic experimental ability.In the college entrance examination papers,there is at least one experiment question to examine the textbook experiment every year,and one is an extra-curricular experiment.The main test sites were enzyme,photosynthesis and respiration,basic laws of heredity,cultivation of microorganisms,etc.The presentation of materials is mainly in words,combined with chart and schematic diagram.Test questions focus on the examination of experimental principles,and the increase of experimental design questions has gradually become a hot topic.Based on the above multi angle analysis of the test questions,it is concluded that the national Volume II Biological Experiment questions have the following propositional characteristics: the test questions are closely related to the requirements of the curriculum,focusing on the examination of basic knowledge and skills such as experimental materials and methods and principles;the proposition idea embodies the ability idea,focuses on the cultivation,and further enhances the examination of students' rational thinking process and practical innovation ability;the proposition Materials are drawn from social production and life,and presented in various ways, reflecting the STS concept,and paying attention to examining students' ability to solve practical problems by using biological knowledge;test questions are mostly based on inquiry experiments to flexibly examine knowledge points in teaching materials,and the content of examination comes from teaching materials,which is higher than teaching materials.According to the characteristics of the test questions,this paper puts forward corresponding teaching suggestions and test preparation strategies from three levels: school,teachers and students.Among them,the school level mainly includes(1)dividing a certain area as a biological experimental field,planting crops corresponding to the teaching content according to the curriculum arrangement;(2)strengthening the laboratory construction,improving the experimental teaching quality;(3)strengthening the construction of the laboratory staff,and improving the quality of teachers.As for how to carry out the experiment teaching better,the following three suggestions are put forward:(1)teachers should break the traditional experiment teaching of "follow the prescription and grasp the medicine" and adopt various experimental teaching methods,such as organizing targeted extracurricular activities and conducting virtual experiments.(2)Carry out outdoor teaching and research activities,improve their own quality,and accumulate teaching materials.(3)Contact production and life practice,pay attention to knowledge extension.For example,we can use the common biological phenomena in our life as the introduction materials of new courses;we can reduce the written work or change it to the on-the-spot practice in biology experiment homework,and strengthen the extracurricular practice homework.Two suggestions are put forward for the students to prepare for the experiment:(1)classify the experiment,pay attention to the selection and refinement;(2)pay attention to the improvement of the experimental language expression ability.
