Nearly half a century, the world’s talent contest intensified. Therefore, it is very important to raise innovative talents who has the innovative spirit.Along with the advancement of new curriculum reform,the proposition of the college entrance examination thought from the"knowledge decides" to"ability decides",Puting forward new requirements to cultivate innovative talents and comprehensive talents not only pays attention to the mastery of the basic knowledge and basic skills,but also pay attention to the cultivation of comprehensive practical ability, innovation ability and scientific literacy.This paper selection of biological science comprehensive test in the new curriculum volume from 2012 to 2014 as sample questions,use the analysis of "ability decides" as the breakthrough point,use literature reading method, text method,statistical analysis to sum up the examining characteristics of knowledge and ability in the new curriculum volume.On one hand detecting the coincidence degree of the proposition and the new curriculum standards to continue to carry forward the advantages of the proposition ideas and improve the existing shortage.On the other hand playing the guiding role of the college entrance examination, provide suggestions high school biology teaching under the background of the new teaching.Conclusion and Inspiration:Through the analysis,it is concluded that the tendency to pay attention to the knowledge base of proposition for college entrance examination,Highlight "ability decides",A mixed examination of the ability.And based on this conclusion put forward in high school biology teaching process should pay attention to the backbone of knowledge and basic skills,pay attention to develop the students’ imagination and improve innovation ability and strengthen the interdisciplinary knowledge fusion and comprehensive practical ability.In addition,of the college entrance examination system put forward several suggestions. First,appropriate to increase the research of question and answer questions on the flexibility of.second:the gradual strengthening of the interdisciplinary knowledge of test.Third,Problems and questions in the propositional content and intention should be consistent.Fourth,consider the consistency of electoral test questions difficulty.
