In the field of sports and exercise psychology,researchers have paid much attention to the influence of sports and exercise behavior on the physical and mental health of middle-aged and elderly people.Subjective well-being is an important indicator of the psychological effect of exercise,especially for the elderly.In terms of the behavioral benefits of physical exercise,subjective well-being is an important index to measure the physical and mental benefits of physical exercise.In the past decade,sports and exercise psychologists at home and abroad have made great contributions to the research in this field.Physical exercise,as a physical activity to strengthen the body,promote health and enrich life,can bring physical and mental pleasure to exercisers,which is an important component of subjective well-being.Physical exercise has a very important effect on the subjective well-being of exercisers.Exercise many variables indirectly influence on subjective well-being of exercisers,for middle-aged and old sports exercisers,exercise program type,fixed number of year of the exercise,and exercise exercise is an important part of the study of exercise intervention plan,these variables for the effects of subjective well-being exercisers,also need to be further in-depth research.This study used the Newfoundland subjective well-being scale(MUNSH),the subjective exercise experience scale(SEES)and the physical activity rating scale(pars-3)to conduct a questionnaire survey on 600 middle-aged and elderly gas volleyball and square dance exercise-ers.The main findings of the survey are as follows:1.Exercise 1,elderly exercisers after the exercise of subjective experience and general well-being(p ? 0.05)there is no gender differences.The level of education,monthly income and the number of years of exercise are the important factors thataffect the subjective experience and subjective happiness of exercisers after exercise.2.There were significant differences in the scores of positive well-being dimension,psychological distress dimension and happiness degree of MUNSH scale among middle-aged and elderly exerceers of different items(p < 0.01).The score of positive happiness of air volleyball exercisers was significantly higher than that of square dance exercisers.In the dimension of psychological distress,there was a significant difference between the psychological distress of air volleyball and square dance exercisers(p < 0.01).There was a significant difference between the total happiness of middle-aged and old people in gas volleyball and square dance exercise(p < 0.01).3.There was a significant difference in the score of positive well-being among middle-aged and elderly exercisers with different exercise amounts(p <0.05).In psychological troubles dimension,the influence of different exercise exercise for elderly exercisers there is no significant difference(p ? 0.05).On the dimension of fatigue,the influence of different exercise exercise for elderly exercisers and no significant difference(p ? 0.05).There was a significant difference in the influence of different exercise amount on the happiness degree of middle-aged and elderly exercisers(p < 0.01).The happiness degree of the large exercise group and the moderate exercise group was significantly higher than that of the wave momentum group(p < 0.01).4.In the dimension of positive happiness,the factor of exercise years(p < 0.05)indicated that there was a significant difference in the factor of exercise years.Exercise activity factor(p ? 0.05),showed no significant difference exercise activity factors.The factor of exercise years is significant,while the factor of exercise amount is not,which indicates that the factor of exercise years is the main factor.The conclusions are as follows:1.Demographic variables have different effects on subjective exercise experience and happiness of middle-aged and elderly people.There was no gender difference in the subjective well-being of middle-aged and elderly exercisers of different genders.Age has different effects on the psychological distress and totalhappiness of middle-aged and elderly exercisers.The psychological distress of middle-aged exercisers is higher than that of middle-aged exercisers,and middle-aged exercisers have higher subjective well-being than elderly exercisers.There was a significant difference in the influence of education level on the subjective exercise experience and happiness of middle-aged and elderly exercisers.The higher the education level was,the lower the psychological distress level was,and the higher the happiness level was.The higher the economic income,the higher the positive happiness of the subjective exercise experience,the lower the psychological troubles,and the higher the happiness degree.However,when the monthly income exceeds12,000 yuan,the psychological troubles of the exercisers increase,and the positive happiness decreases.2.Different physical exercise items have different influences on exercisers' subjective exercise experience and total happiness.The psychological benefits of physical exercise are influenced by the exercise items.Compared with the square dance items,the air volleyball items can improve the positive happiness of middle-aged and elderly exercisers,significantly reduce the psychological troubles and improve the degree of happiness.3.The amount of physical exercise has different effects on the subjective well-being of middle-aged and elderly exercisers.The greater the exercise,the lower the psychological distress,and the higher the positive happiness and total happiness.Moderate exercise is more conducive to the generation of positive emotions.4.Compared with the number of years of exercise,the number of years of exercise is the main factor,which has a greater influence on the positive well-being of the elderly people's subjective exercise experience and their overall happiness.Regular exercise participation over a long period of time can improve the positive emotional experience after exercise and improve the overall happiness of life.
