With the constant attention of the state to the cultural industry,the construction and development of domestic museums have been accelerated,as well as the construction of new museums,renovation of old museums and exhibitions of individual sports museums.With the rapid development of sports industry,the single educational function of Sports Museum cannot meet the increasing cultural demand of the people,so it is necessary to build a single sports museum with more capacity and various functions.The establishment of a single sports museum can not only enable the audience to understand China's long-standing and colorful national sports culture,but also inspire the audience's sense of national honor and patriotism.The ITTF museum is the only nonprofit official museum under the International Table Tennis Federation and has a huge international influence.As the only International Sports Organization building and developing museum in different places,it is also the first international single sports museum introduced into China.The ITTF Museum can accumulate the experience of introducing projects of international organizations,it is of great reference value to the construction,management and development of other sports museums.The unified construction and operation of the ITTF museum and the China Table Tennis Museum have their own advantages and research value.This research takes the tourist satisfaction of the ITTF museum and the China Table Tennis Museum(hereinafter referred to as "the table tennis museum")as the research object,chooses the IPA model analysis method,through to the satisfaction correlation literature combing and the research,through factor analysis,25second-order index factors are divided into 5 dimensions,according to the characteristics of the problems described by each second-order index,the five dimensions are named "show design","feature display","supporting services","Service Environment","service personnel".Through the analysis of the data,the conclusions are as follows: First,the tourists show the trend of youth,high education,middle and high income,and the information channels need to be broadened;Third,the basic characteristics of tourists have significant differences in the overall impression of the table tennis museum.Fourth,the deviation between tourists' satisfaction and expectation is small,but there is still a certain gap,which needs to be improved gradually 5.IPA analysis of the importance-satisfaction of Table Tennis Museum visitors,25 secondary indicators were distributed in four quadrants of superiority,maintenance,opportunity and improvement.There are 10 indexes in the "dominant" quadrant,2 indexes in the "maintenance" quadrant,6 indexes in the "opportunity" quadrant and 7 indexes in the "improved" quadrant.According to the results of IPA model and other analysis,the suggestions for the service operation,management and Service of Table Tennis Museum are as follows: 1Second,deeply excavates the table tennis collection,constructs the diverse table tennis exhibition hall;Third,Develops The table tennis derivative product,provides the personalized service product;fourth,consummates and optimizes the table tennis service,enhances the visitor experience feeling;V.Improve the assessment mechanism for staff and volunteers to improve the quality of service staff.
