In recent years,China has made great efforts to develop the national fitness cause,which has also led to the rapid development of large-scale mass sports events such as marathon and bicycle.The number of events has increased rapidly,the types of activities have been diversified,and the industrial scale has been continuously expanded.With the holding of the Beijing Olympic Games,China's sports volunteer service has been on the right track and developed rapidly.As an indispensable part of carrying out sports events,volunteer service is the backbone of promoting the vigorous development of mass sports.The seemingly booming voluntary service activities in China are of a certain short-term nature.Therefore,it is a major issue to continuously and efficiently carry out mass sports events whether the voluntary service activities can be sustained or not.Discusses the necessity of establishing the mechanism of mass sport volunteers management as well as the main content of exploration and thinking,from recruitment mechanism,training mechanism,incentive mechanism,evaluation feedback mechanism was studied,and explore the long-term effective mechanism of mass sport volunteers management,ensure the mass sports activities can effectively develop for a long time,to promote the harmonious development of society and the construction of mass sports volunteers is of great significance.Based on the above background,the long-term volunteer management mechanism of China mountain marathon series was studied.Through the literature material method,field survey method,interview method and questionnaire survey research methods,basic information,understand the volunteers participation motivation,channels,training evaluation,service evaluation,expect to get any motivation and willing to once again participate in determination,understand the volunteers of the organizing committee in recruitment,training,motivation,evaluation feedback evaluation and so on each link in the attitude.According to this analysis,the volunteer management mechanism of China's mountain marathon series is not perfect,especially in the aspects of volunteer recruitment and training,more scientific and normative.Therefore,this paper constructs a long-term mechanism for the volunteer management of mass sports events and puts forward corresponding countermeasures to provide a theoretical basis for the development of the volunteer management of mass sports events in China.The main research conclusions of this paper are as follows:1.The current characteristics of volunteers in China's mountain marathon series are as follows: the gender ratio is unbalanced,and the majority of them are young,high-quality female students with no volunteer service experience;Most of the participating motivation is to broaden their horizons,improve themselves,and meet social needs.Affected by imperfect participation channels and training contents,the quality of volunteer service is uneven.The single incentive method and no evaluation and feedback mechanism resulted in the loss of volunteers.2.By studying the current situation of volunteer management in China's mountainmarathon series,analyze the existing problems of mountain marathon: centralized recruitment channels,single publicity form;Insufficient training and lack of professional knowledge;Lack of incentive measures,lack of humanistic care;Lack of evaluation and feedback channels.3.Combining the current situation of the volunteer management of mass sports events and the problems in the volunteer management of mountain marathon,a long-term mechanism for the volunteer management of mass sports events was constructed according to the principles of sustainability,science and innovation,including: Volunteers recruitment mechanism(planning analysis,select recruiting channel,recruitment information release,choose the selection mode),training mechanism,training objectives,training content,training method),the incentive mechanism(master service motivation,incentives and incentive system),evaluation feedback mechanism(content and method of evaluation feedback),four kinds of mechanism permeable formation of organic whole,make the mass sports volunteer management work more scientific,standardized and institutionalized,and long-term.In order to make the long-term development of the volunteer management of mass sports events,this paper puts forward the countermeasures of constru cting the long-term mechanism of the volunteer management.Improve the volu nteer management organization system;Implement scientific humanized manage ment;Broaden the publicity channels of the event.
