Research On The Long-term Mechanism Of Community Service Model Of The "Social Workers And Volunteers"

In the process of rapid social change and development,various social problems will inevitably arise.In the traditional society,people are confronted with problems in their lives,and they will choose to seek the help of the relatives.In modern society,the emergence of the professional work of social work has changed the way of thinking and behavior that originally solved all kinds of problems and difficulties.In recent years,the government work report has repeatedly stressed the positive role of social work major in the modernization of social governance.This has prompted the social work major to seek a new service model suitable for China's social and public opinion,so as to make it an indispensable and important force for the modernization of social governance.In this process,the cooperation mode of social workers and volunteers emerging through the Olympic Games and World Expo has gradually been valued and further developed by all sectors of society.Further exploring how to establish the long-term mechanism of "social workers + volunteers"linkage service model has become one of the core issues of the social governance modernization that the government,the social organization and the academic conmmunity pay close attention to.This paper takes Hefei F community as an example to explore this issue actively.In 2017,the author had more than six months of professional practice in the community,and deeply participated in the social work professional services and volunteer activities in the community.The community has always been exploring and building a community service model of "social workers +volunteers".This paper focuses on the construction of the long-term mechanism of community service model of "social workers + volunteers".Through the in-depth analysis of the problems exposed by the community service model of "social workers + volunteers" in the process of establishing and running the F community,this paper puts forward some countermeasures on the establishment of long-term mechanism.In this paper,literature research,participatory observation and interview are applied in the study.Through their own observation and communication with the staff,the author noticed that the F community has the problems of imperfect linkage system and insufficient linkage power in the management of volunteer organization and the construction of community service and volunteer community service mode.Volunteers and social workers are the two main parts of the linkage mode.Therefore,the two major subjects are coordinated and managed by the community,how to establish a cooperative form between the two,and whether the related systems and mechanisms of the linkage model are established and so on.These are all important factors for the establishment of a long-term mechanism and the stable development of the linkage model.In this paper,we should focus on two aspects of the external system and internal management.Based on the government policy environment,the publicity mechanism,the volunteer training system,the guarantee and incentive system,the evaluation and feedback system,we should establish a relatively perfect long-term mechanism of "social workers + volunteer" community service mode.The development of any person or organization can not be separated from its own environment.If we want to achieve a long and vigorous development,it is necessary to learn to adapt to the environment."Social workers + volunteer" community service mode is adapted to the current social development and meet the needs of social service innovation.If the linkage service wants to develop from a mechanism to a new mode of social governance with Chinese characteristics,it needs the joint efforts of all social parties.The government needs to change the concept and role,and truly achieve the decentralization of power;social workers and volunteers should also be sincere to accept each other.
