Research On The Ways To Improve College Students' Social Morality In The New Era

The "Outline for the Implementation of Citizen Moral Construction in the New Era" recently promulgated by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council clearly states that there are still many problems in the field of ethics in my country at this stage,and effective measures are urgently needed to solve them.Social morality is an important part of citizen's morality,and its purpose is to maintain public interests and public order.Social ethics norms cover three aspects: people and people,people and society,and people and nature.It is a code of conduct that all citizens should follow in social interaction and public life.Correctly understanding social ethics,vigorously developing social ethics,and ensuring the healthy,rapid,and sustainable development of social ethics are the key links and imperatives for the promotion of civic morality.College students are socialist builders and successors,and the backbone of the Chinese dream to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation in the future.The social ethics of college students directly affects the mental outlook of society and the sustainable development of society,and is related to the future and destiny of the country.Therefore,improving the social ethics of college students has important practical value and strategic significance.Social ethics is a product of social development to a certain stage.The higher the level of social development,the higher the level of civic social ethics.At present,socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,and social development imposes higher demands on all citizens,especially on the social ethics of college students.Therefore,in addition to the basic characteristics of general social morality,such as the era,foundation,and broadness,the new era of Chinese social morality is also reflected in the distinctive characteristics of the dialectical unity of benchmarking and coercion,negativity and enthusiasm,materiality and spirituality.The empirical survey results show that although the overall social morality of college students is relatively good,it still has a certain gap with the development requirements of the new era.The main problems are as follows:some college students are out of touch with their social ethics;some college students' awareness and behavior of helping others need to be strengthened;some college students' awareness and behavior of observing public order are not enough;college students' poor social ethics and so on.The main causes can be attributed to the restriction of inertia consciousness of private morality,the influence of negative value orientation of market economy,the lack of reward or punishment system or poor implementation,and the imperfect governance system of public morality.To the end,to further improve the socialethics of college students,we need to: strengthen the consciousness of college students' social ethics;give full play to the role of college education as the main channel to improve the cultivation system of college students' social ethics;use self-discipline and heteronomy to build rewards and punishments for college students' social ethics Mechanism;standardize the behavior of college students' social ethics in the network and improve the ethics of college students' social ethics in the network.
