Colleges in china had invested a lot of funds in training rooms development.However,the training rooms only served the daily teaching,while the extra demand of students had been neglected.The phenomenon display the open management of training room is less effective.This paper describe the problems in the open management mechanism,including the lack of incentive,lack of cooperation and limitation in management.In order to solve these problems in the open management mechanism,this paper collects the information of supply and demand of training room in G College by interview.According to the data,we found the information asymmetry was caused by the lack of information sharing,lack of limitation was caused by the lack of evaluation mechanism and the lack of enthusiasme for work was caused by the lack of incentive mechanism.On the basis of internal marketization theory,this paper has proposed a management mechanism optimization scheme.By establishing the information sharing center,internal transfer rule and Internal transfer prices,the open service of training room is standardized,The salary incentive mechanism for managers is more effective.And the internal market will optimize the allocation of resources in college.
