Research On The Current Situation Of The Internal Management Of The Ordinary High School In Weixin County

Improving the internal management system of the school is the key factor to build the core competitiveness of the school,resist external risks and achieve sustainable development.Accommodation management for resident students is very important in school education and teaching,and it is an important part of school internal management.With the support of the national poverty alleviation policy of precise education,the dropout rate of students in compulsory education stage is decreasing,and the enrollment rate of senior high school students in remote areas is increasing.The increase of the number of students will pose greater challenges to the accommodation management in the internal management of schools.The new challenges in the new era require schools to change their management concepts of accommodation students,from the former management mode that reflects more management to the management mode that reflects more care and service,in order to provide students with a comfortable and strong academic atmosphere.This paper chooses Weixin No.1 Middle School as the case study object,uses Maslow's demand theory to classify the reasons for students'choosing accommodation mode on campus,analyses the problems existing in the accommodation management system of Weixin No.1 Middle School,and puts forward some simple suggestions and opinions,hoping to help the accommodation management of No.1 Middle School in Weixin County and provide reference for the construction of new campus.This paper mainly includes the introduction and five chapters:first,it introduces the reasons for choosing the research object;second,it analyses the accommodation management of Weixin No.1 Middle School based on the questionnaire data;third,it analyses the present situation of the accommodation management of Weixin No.1 Middle School;fourth,it finds the problems and reasons in the accommodation management of Weixin No.1 Middle School through the research;and finally,it puts forward the suggestions for improving the accommodation management Suggestions on dormitory management should expand the significance of school education itself.Through improving the school accommodation management system,we can achieve the purpose of educating people in management,promote the improvement of teaching quality,and optimize the school internal management system.
