In recent years,network media,advertising,and so on various aspects of the media publicity and build a good atmosphere for the fitness and leisure industry,the fitness recreation market in China has developed rapidly,as an important pillar of the sports industry,fitness and leisure industry marketing strategy and management benefit will directly affects the development of the fitness recreation market and profit.The rapid development of fitness and leisure market and diversified demands have brought opportunities and challenges to the management and development of fitness and leisure industry.Each fitness leisure operators should be based on the analysis of their advantages and disadvantages,suitable for their own mode of operation and marketing strategy,seek breakthrough facing the survival and development problems,the development of the club or studio to bring a new level.SBR fitness studio is also faced with challenges and difficulties in the process of operation.SBR fitness studio,which has entered the competitive market of fitness industry,has no stable membership base,no abundant capital reserve,no numerous store staff,no loud brand effect,etc.The product type is relatively single and the product setting is not mature enough.Market positioning is not clear enough,target groups are not locked,service details are not subdivided;The disadvantages and problems of single marketing channel and unclear promotion carrier are all urgently needed to be dealt with by SBR fitness studio.Based on SBR fitness studio as the research object,using the theory of marketing management,PEST and SWOT analysis method to the opportunities and challenges facing the SBR fitness studio,and its internal advantages and disadvantages were analyzed,and based on this,advances in SBR fitness studio marketing strategy,through segmentation and to reposition the target group,market positioning,to solve the problem of marketing direction;Through the surrounding peer mode of operation,product structure,product pricing,product marketing,etc were analyzed,and on this basis to develop product structure and price of SBR fitness studio,thus solving the problem of marketing the product;Through the study of marketing methods,channels,peer content,style,combined with their own conditions and marketing planning,so as to solve the problem of marketing channel,and a series of marketing strategies and measures to solve the SBR fitness studio is facing problems and challenges.The author hopes that the research results of this paper can be an important basis for SBR fitness studio to formulate its marketing strategy.
