Higher education field,which has driven by information technology,is undergoing substantial changes since the 21 st century.The traditional education needs to be adjusted urgently,E-Learning,as a new and pluralistic educational model emerges as the times require,which has become a key force that cannot be ignored in the field of education.E-Learning,as a new educational model,which is characterized by individuation,pluralism,convenience etc.E-Learning has brought great impact to different educational institutions and teaching work,which breaks the boundaries of time and space compared with previous educational models.Currently,only a handful of E-Learning institutions have met their stated profit targets.It can be seen that the profit channel of this education mode is vague,The development prospect is still unclear.We should rethink how to develop and apply E-Learning,find our own position and obtain a clear and feasible profit model,then promote the sustained and long-term development of this field.This paper takes the E-Learning business of AH Company as the research object,points out the current development situation of E-Learning Business in AH Co.,Ltd,and put forward the corresponding countermeasure with the SWOT analysis.The main content of this paper is divided into the following parts: Firstly,it briefly summarizes the E-Learning platform development,and defines its concept and characteristics.The PEST analysis method is used to analyze the development environment of E-Learning platform in four aspects: policy,economy,society and technology.By comparing the differences of educational objects,educational methods and educational resources between E-Learning education and traditional education,summarizes the current development situation and the future development prospects of E-Learning education.Secondly,it analyzes the current situation and development history of E-Learning education business in AH Co.,Ltd,then introduces its business status from the curriculum education business,platform operation business and membership service business and so on.It points out that there are some problems in the E-Learning business such as target user differentiation inaccuracy,low viscosity of platform user,and the brand characteristics are not prominent.It uses SWOT analyze the necessity of implementing the E-Learning Education platform Project in AH Co.,Ltd.Thirdly,it analyzes the design and implementation of AH E-Learning Education platform.The platform requirements such as user demand,technology requirement,economic demand and so on are analyzed.Platform development principles platform structure and functions as well as curriculum system design are constitute the overall project design.Project personnel team construction,software platform construction,hardware platform construction,classroom resources construction,course on-line operation,etc.are constitute the project implementation process.Finally,the project risk is analyzed from four aspects: market risk,technical risk,management risk and financial risk,and the countermeasures are put forward.
